Well communicated about the parking and managed to park in the way the hotel staff had advised, even though we arrived very late in the night.

Hygiene and cleanliness

For 2 nights at 500€ we expected better hygiene level not too sa and cleanliness there were more midges around the window and stole all the paint flaking after sound level not too sa we hear everything at the door of the rooms we even saw the light of the hallway after comfort level top beautiful view of the lake

Merci d’avoir pris le temps de partager votre avis après votre séjour. Nous sommes ravis que vous ayez apprécié le confort de la chambre et la vue sur le lac.
Nous regrettons cependant de lire vos remarques concernant la propreté, d’autant plus que rien ne nous a été signalé pendant votre séjour ni au moment du départ. Nous encourageons toujours nos hôtes à nous informer immédiatement en cas de souci, afin que nous puissions intervenir rapidement et rendre leur séjour plus agréable.
Concernant la peinture écaillée, nous faisons chaque année des travaux de maintenance en basse saison (février/mars), mais une usure ponctuelle peut malheureusement survenir, souvent liée à l’utilisation quotidienne des chambres. Là encore, sans indication précise, il est difficile pour nous d’intervenir efficacement.
Votre retour reste précieux, et nous espérons avoir l’occasion de vous accueillir à nouveau pour une expérience plus pleinement satisfaisante.
