Carefree vacation

The reception staff are all professional, helpful, and above all, friendly.
Especially Nicoló and his colleague, whose name I unfortunately don't remember, who advised us on how to best spend our vacation, pointing out beaches to go to, cities to visit, and restaurants where we could eat.
While other colleagues were very kind in fulfilling our requests or answering our questions.
In the restaurant, they have a well-organized and hardworking team, an unparalleled breakfast buffet where you can really find everything, and a daily lunch menu that is always different and always very good!
Rooms are well-arranged and always very clean; the only negative note is the bathrooms, as the details and doors need to be reviewed (which in our case needed an extra push to open), but in any case, this hotel deserves all 5 stars.
If we ever return to the south of Sardinia, we will definitely stay here again!
I highly recommend taking a tour of the spa and gym.

To be avoided.

Check Google Maps before you go! The hotel is in the middle of a horrible commercial area, and surrounded by a very busy road. The rooms are spacious but full of bright elements that are annoying at night (closet lights that turn on by themselves, various indicator lights). The requested connecting or adjacent rooms were not granted, and our family was therefore separated during the entire stay. Even for the pool, which is rather pleasant, you have to pay for bath towels, and you are bothered by the noise of the cars driving around the hotel.

Comfortable and welcoming property and well located for visiting the seaside sites south and north of Carbonia and the nearby islands of S. Antioco and Carloforte; kind and helpful staff; excellent breakfast and excellent value for money.

Quality, Professionalism, Availability.

Everything perfect, from the services to the staff at the reception and in the breakfast room. Perfectly clean rooms and floor staff friendly and available for any need. Excellent covered parking.

Stay at Lù Hotel Carbonia

Traveling for work, the Lù Hotel is the best hotel in Sulcis. Great location, excellent food, breakfast with a wide selection of products, including local ones. And then the spa and the pool complete the very high offering of this splendid facility.
