My wife and I recently stayed at Hotel Plana and had a fantastic experience. We were visiting the Royal Palace of Caserta, and the hotel’s location couldn’t have been more convenient. Having on-site parking also gave us great peace of mind.
From check-in to check-out, the staff were friendly, professional, and genuinely helpful. Although we arrived a little earlier than expected, they kindly accommodated us and made sure we could check in right away.
Our room was spacious and Housekeeping did an excellent job keeping everything spotless. The breakfast was also excellent, with a wide variety of fresh and delicious options to choose from.
We only stayed for one night, but we would definitely stay here again and highly recommend Hotel Plana to anyone planning to visit the Royal Palace of Caserta.

Change your policy.

I made a reservation at 6:00 PM, and due to my mistake in entering the date, I canceled the reservation at 10:00 PM. I was accused that the room was available for me from 3:00 PM and that it was no longer booked. I was asked to call in the morning to resolve the situation, and the staff was not very friendly. (The money was taken, and I could do nothing) It is our policy. The moral of the story is that I paid a lot for zero services, despite being a customer, not even a voucher for the availability... I certainly will not go there again.

Very cute.

We stayed 2 nights in the junior suite and we enjoyed it, in total comfort.
All impeccable.

Excellent hotel

Great hotel, hearty breakfast and all very good. The weird thing about the sink was the water supply was so long you couldn't wash your face.

We plan to return shortly.

Very nice hotel, with spacious rooms (we had 210 ), equally spacious bathroom, open wardrobe placed behind the front door, TV well placed in front of the bed, possibility to turn on colored lights both on the bed and in the bathroom, fully functional refrigerator with glass door that allows you to see what is inside. Very comfortable mattress.
Excellent cleaning, 24-hour reception with competent and friendly staff, presence of parking pertaining to the hotel, varied and abundant breakfast including hot drinks prepared freshly.
The hotel is one floor with no elevator but the stairs are comfortable and feasible.
The only flaw is the area where it is located: it does not have a nice view, but it is quiet.
You need the car to reach it but it is close to the Palace and therefore convenient.
Both we and our friends enjoyed it and highly recommend it.
