Cleanliness and hospitality at the Top... great choice super recommended, themed rooms We stayed at this property to spend a relaxing time, the structure was attention to detail and the Staff was very present. I also recommend the kitchen everything perfect.

Terrifying brief experience

If there was a chance to give -1 I would. Check in at 14:45 we settle in the room, fill the hot tub we operate it once inside we hear a strange noise ..
After a while the room floods completely!! Water everywhere! Wires of the current that passed on the floor we immediately call the reception tell us that they can not intervene because it is us inside. Well nn no problem we take our things and go down to reception. Surprise we have to pay the full price 100€ for not even using 1 hour of the room. Total disgust!! Never again. You just have to close.

Stay away from me

Bad experience. Booked for February 14, Valentine's Day, for the modest amount of €140.00. Room with Jacuzzi, the latter non-existent, turned out to be a bathtub version XL. Made shower in shower cubicle, flooded the whole bathroom for water leaks.
Totally anonymous entrance to the hotel, you do not understand which way you enter.
Highly discouraged!

We stayed in the year-end period 30/31, passion suite room, nice room, recommend for one night only because there is no closet in the room, the area is very quiet although close to the busy road, the breakfast contained but there was everything

Better Than Sleeping at the Airport

My partner and I wound up here, along with a few other Lufthansa refugees , because I got bumped. Lufthansa is picking up the tab.
This hotel may not be the best but it is certainly far from the worst. The beds were comfy but the walls are paper thin. We only got a good night’s sleep after our neighbors stopped talking. The walls probably need some touch up paint but because the lighting is so inadequate, it is hard to see. The toiletries were a bit stingy but adequate for one night.
Now for the positives. Many of the public areas are so tastefully decorated that I would call them gorgeous. The breakfast buffet had a decent amount of varied offerings. The chef had already closed the restaurant when we arrived around 9:30 ish but whipped up some tasty pasta and salmon for our motley group on the spur of the moment.
All in all, this was not at all a bad experience.
