Coming back here is always a guarantee!

Splendid location, totally immersed in the Umbrian nature, ideal for unplugging and finding serenity again. Welcoming, clean house and fantastic management. We can't wait to come back again! Mariella and her family are always fantastic and super welcoming.

Borgo le Capannelle, lovely place.

Beautiful and authentic place as its owners .Il village is gorgeous, but what made the stay special was the warm hospitality of Mariella, Pine and their wonderful family. Recommended for those who love places off the mass tourist circuit. A real green lung, the apartments in perfect rustic Umbrian style, fully respect the tradition of the place, complete with every confort.Non we can not wait to return.

We will return...

We stayed in the last weekend of August... the place looks very good, nice... and well run.
The owners very kind and helpful, make you feel like you are at home.
The nice and well-kept apartments ... maybe, at least for my taste, you could use a little more artificial light.
An excellent location to enjoy for a long summer weekend with friends, but also families and especially children.
Lots of greenery and a fabulous pool, which we could also use in the evening after dinner.
Possibility to make the bbq also having wood available.
We will definitely return to escape the chaos of the city.

It could have been better....

We had problems with the hot water, resolved, but by then the cold shower was done, wifi works poorly, in the evening there was a private party in the pool with DJ and loud music until one. We would have liked to know before booking.

ITALIAN HOLIDAY WITHOUT BIDET

FROSTY APARTMENT upon arrival. We discover on site that the only BATHROOM in the apartment is for DISABLED PEOPLE, therefore WITHOUT BIDET, with a high toilet leaking from the bottom and a broken toilet shower support.
Floor-level shower cubicle always flooded with detached shower drain cover, detached shower tap cover and a floor rag as a platform.
DIY bed pillows, not real pillows.
One of the 2 bedrooms is very small to fit a double bed and the WI-FI does not work.
Almost no mobile data connection everywhere.
Cook without even a cloth.
POOL described not available: there is a mezzanine that covers it for a private party.
The lady who gave us the keys said that she would have given us information on services in the area but this was not the case and at checkout, after our complaint about the lack of a bidet, she did not even offer a small discount.
