Absolute relaxation

On August 15th I spent an unforgettable day in absolute relaxation at the wellness spa of Laghi Nabi. It was a fantastic experience, the staff very welcoming, kind and courteous, the place enchanting and what can I say.. I would just like to thank especially the Spa staff who welcomed me, advised me and dedicated their time to me. I decided on my massage together with them and I must say that I was very satisfied, the therapist was very good and professional. Thanks a lot.

Relaxing

Beautiful and relaxing resort.... enchanting place immersed in nature..... very clean everywhere, pool, rooms.... friendly and kind staff, including the housekeeper Maria, a very good person, everything very beautiful ...5 stars

For me, it's a NO

As soon as we arrived, they told us they would come to pick us up to take our luggage. We waited over 20/30 min and no one showed up. At that point we walked to the reception, with our luggage on us. (About 1km)
Once we checked in, we entered our room and I found a small table full of crumbs, some even fallen on the floor, and consequently an invasion of ants in the room. I also found quite a few hairs near the bed. Consequently, I deduce that the room was not cleaned before our arrival.
The property itself deserves a lot, if only it were better maintained. Aside from the cleanliness, in general, which leaves something to be desired, other common areas are also neglected.
It is certainly not worth all the money spent to stay 2 nights in this place.

The place itself is a gem and huge, with all sorts of facilities. Unfortunately it's located in a rough area of the Campania region. Staff is ok. There is plenty of opportunity either to just relax and sunbath or to do sports (from riding a bike to water activities). The night pool is a treat. Extras include a sauna, a resort. Food is very good. Perhaps will explore further.

Struttura molto bella e accogliente.
Le camere , io ho preso una Deluxe, molto bella e pulita.
In merito ai servizi offerti, eccezionali.
L'unica pecca il ristorante.
Servizio scadente e personale che dimentica pure gli ordini, pur non avendo tantissimi ospiti.
In merito al cibo, buono, pure essendo gourmet.
Il direttore (il signore con la giacca), veramente scorbutico; Un peccato.
Colazione ottima, ricca e abbondante.
Grazie ai ragazzi che con le loro mini navette hanno contribuito a rendere il servizio più confortevole.
Biciclette, pedalò e canoe veramente belle.
