Incredible holidays
Spectacular site. To note that for babies it is amazing because it has a fully equipped kitchen with soups, fruits, cookies and baby milk. The pool the garden is the beach are even spectacular being that they can improve in the menu of the pool bar and beach very basic and could benefit from hamburger hotdogs etc etc. additionally the rooms are only normal and could have a little more personality

An outstanding stay at a wonderful hotel - highly recommended!
I cannot say enough wonderful things about this hotel. I had an absolutely amazing stay and would love to come back!
The property itself features beautifully kept surroundings and stunning gardens. The rooms were immaculately clean and very thoughtfully designed. One of the best highlights is the location, it is really close to a stunning beach, and the hotel even provides access to private sunbeds which was a fantastic bonus. The breakfast each morning was also superb, there was a huge choice and excellent produce. I love breakfast so I was delighted!
Throughout my stay, the staff were super helpful, courteous and always went out of their way to assist. The only minor downside for me was the pricing as a solo traveler. Because I came as a single person, I had to pay more, which marked down the value-for-money score slightly for my specific situation. However, if you are traveling as a couple, or coming with friends and family, this hotel is great value for money, especially considering how close you are to a stunning beach (a 3min walk away). I had a truly fantastic experience and cannot recommend this beautiful place highly enough!

A guarantee of relaxation and quality of hospitality in an enchanting location
It is the fourth consecutive year that we have returned to the Cala Sinzias Resort and we have not regretted it!!! New and functional facility, elegant minimalist style furnishings, very well-kept garden and 2 steps from the beach which can be reached by crossing a cool pine forest on foot or with the hotel shuttle. Very good restaurants, both the à la carte one (S'Ollastinu) and the Ulivo (buffet appetizers and desserts - first and second courses with show cooking stations). All the staff are welcoming and very kind, special mention to Marco and the dining room/kitchen staff of the Ulivo and to Daniele for the beach service (included in the price). We will definitely be back next year too!

Everything perfect... or almost.
We stayed as 3 adults. Room a little small but super-equipped: even a coffee machine, with cups, pods, and treats restocked daily. Excellent dining, both for the quality of the ingredients and the preparations. The presentation of the dishes was also accurate. Beach 300 meters away, white, very fine sand and a sea with a thousand colors. Very clean pool surrounded by greenery, therefore very cool. Evening piano bar where various artists took turns performing.

A high-level resort, with some aspects to improve
Beautiful resort, but some aspects of the service need to be reviewed
We stayed at the Cala Sinzias Resort from August 1st to the 8th and, starting with the positive aspects, the property is truly very beautiful. The outdoor spaces are extremely well-kept and pleasant, as was our room, which was very beautiful and also equipped with a comfortable outdoor space.
A note of particular merit certainly goes to the breakfast, which was truly excellent. The selection is very wide and varied: every day we found different cakes, croissants, and many alternatives, in addition to a rich savory selection. A special mention for the folded pizzette from Cagliari in the savory section: truly delicious and an absolute must-try!
Unfortunately, however, we also had an incident that left us rather disappointed, especially considering the level of the property.
On our first day, returning from the beach around 4:00 PM, we found the room still had not been made up. An oversight can absolutely happen, and this, in itself, would not have compromised our experience. What we were most unhappy about was the way the situation was initially handled.
Contacting the front desk, we were told that the housekeeping staff had already finished their shift and that we would have to wait for the second service, scheduled between 7:00 PM and 9:00 PM. I had to insist quite a bit to look for a solution. I had also proposed waiting for the evening shift, simply asking that ours be one of the first rooms to be tidied, but initially, not even this was guaranteed to us.
Subsequently, we were contacted again by the front desk and were informed that the room would be made up shortly. We therefore appreciated that a solution was eventually found. Upon our return in the evening, however, although it had been tidied up, we noticed some unpleasant details: a glass used the previous evening had remained exactly in its place without being replaced, and my pajamas had been left partly on the floor and partly rolled up on the nightstand.
These are details that, together with the initial handling of the issue, left us genuinely disappointed. From a property of this level, we would have expected more attention and, above all, a more helpful approach when a service failure is reported.
Another aspect we did not understand concerns the restaurant offerings. The resort has two restaurants, but during our stay, in the middle of high season, the only one open for dinner was the one with a fixed menu at €60 per person. The à la carte restaurant, which we would have liked to try instead, was not open for dinner service. It seemed like a strange choice for the period from August 1st to the 8th, and for this very reason, we never ended up dining inside the resort.
Overall, the Cala Sinzias Resort is a very beautiful, well-maintained property with several strengths, certainly including a top-tier breakfast. Precisely because of the quality of the resort, however, we expected that the service and the handling of any inconveniences would also be up to the standard of the property.
