Calm and relaxation

Located in the countryside, for lovers of tranquility... about 2 hours from Rome.
Pleasant room with good bedding.
Charming staff.
Varied breakfast in buffet style.
Dinner served almost à volonté.

Bad service and cuisine not suitable for necessities (vegetarian)

I stayed at this hotel with my school, two months before going there I filled out an allergy form emphasizing that I follow a vegetarian diet. The first night when I went to the table the waitresses went to distribute pasta with meat sauce, which I obviously said I could not eat, at which point the waitress told me that they could not give me anything then and that I would not eat. After soliciting several times they brought me a pasta with sauce, and then an omelet, with an indecent appearance and taste. So I asked if it could at least be accompanied by vegetables, the annoyed waiter takes me away and brings me cooked carrots. When the other waiters pass by to serve the chips to me and my companions who ate the meat the waitress refused to give them to me because according to her if I already had carrots I could not have the chips. I found this an indecent service and from a hotel I would expect a much better service both in the preparation of dishes and in the service

Quite an average stay

It was an stay of two nights at Park castiglion with 30 persons as Indian tour group. Place is quite normal. It being on hilly area quite cold in May specially in late evening and mornings. There are two lifts one very small and other slightly bigger. We all were allotted rooms on first floor so mostly had to use stare case. Room is very normal. At times it stinks as not open cor quite some time. Breakfast is simple europian breakfast nothing much for vegetarian just bread corn flex. Our sinner was sourced from an Indian restaurant so it was better.overall nothing special to mention.

Definitely not a 4 star!

I stayed for three nights, as well as not being four stars I found the structure and especially the rooms very dirty!
There is so much work to do...
