Nice solution

The location is central. There was good communication with the owner, a decent guy. The room was okay, had a private bathroom, and shared kitchen. The price was fair. The building is old, so it doesn't have a lift but a maze of stairs to reach the top floors. The internal structure of the building is quite peculiar and interesting. I had never seen anything like that before. I suffered the lack of hooks on the walls of the room. The two in the bathroom were quite useless. Also, there were missing plugs, and you had to choose if to use the lamp or plug the mobile.

Quando l'accoglienza diventa un business

Posizione ottima, in pieno centro, però è tutto qua. La pulizia è orribile e il proprietario è molto scortese. La doccia era piena di peli e capelli, il pavimento anche e non lavato dopo gli ospiti precedenti, come è anche stato specificato dalla signora delle pulizie (non l'ha lavato perché pioveva a detta sua (?)). Nel cassettino delle posate era pieno di polvere e briciole e chissà cos'altro. Le pareti della doccia piena di muffa. Nell'appartamento c'era l'odore del fumo e pieno di cenere nella finestra. Tutto era pulito solo superficialmente. La coperta presentava le macchie grandi gialle. Il proprietario ha detto praticamente di fare il check-out e non rompere più. Abbiamo dovuto cercare un altro appartamento la mattina dopo la prima notte ma almeno è stato molto migliore. Nel centro è pieno di appartamenti, evitate questo se potete.
