Leandro, the owner, was very kind and helpful to find me a room in a fairly full period like Christmas.
Valentina followed me by phone giving me all the information about the structure, to access it and to find parking easily.
Finally I met Debora inside the structure, which in addition to having a good companion mascot of the age of 7, was super welcoming, I found the room shining, you see that it is very important for her to make guests happy. She offered me a coffee and I will definitely contact her for another of my Catania week.
I recommend it both for the quality and especially for the price.
Coming from a Palermo woman then...

A bathroom out of age!
Access is easy thanks to a key box located at the entrance of the accommodation, in the immediate vicinity of the Tourist Office. Located on the first floor of a building without elevator, the room was clean and well maintained.
On the other hand, the bathroom deserves renovation, including the shower, whose installation is obviously out of age and not very functional. The taps, also worn, would benefit from being replaced to improve comfort.
Cleaning of the room is not planned during the stay.
Breakfast, although included in the room rate, turned out to be very light and below the standards encountered in the other establishments visited during our tour in Sicily. Tickets are given for a nearby café, where a pastry and a hot drink are offered.

Excellent location
The only issue we had was they seemed to forget the ‘breakfast’ part of ‘bed and breakfast’. Our booking said breakfast was included but we were up at 7.30 and 8.30 am each morning and there was no continental breakfast to be seen in the communal area, and no staff to ask either - in fact. We didn’t see a single soul until the cleaner on the morning we left.
Overall a great stay, super convenient for exploring Catania and comfortable. Would recommend
