Two Nights too Long

Unfortunately, the property was not well maintained. The entryway had visible dirt, dust balls, and even a dead cockroach. A large flower bed was badly cracked, with broken pieces scattered on the floor, and plaster from the walls was crumbling onto the staircase. One of the beds had no bedding—only a stained mattress pad. To make matters worse, the air conditioning stopped working at least five times the first night and three times the second night. Overall, the condition of the property was disappointing and fell well below expectations. The location and the staff were the only good things about our stay and had it not been for the difficulty of finding another hotel on such short notice, we would not have stayed.

I do not recommend

Luxury absolutely does not exist. Dilapidated building, elevator that leaves you on a lower floor than that of the B&B. Noisy, dusty room, curtains that do not close, tiny bathroom, customer service equal to zero, communication only and exclusively via WhatsApp, with responses after about a couple of hours. I do not recommend to anyone.

Good value for money at a prime location

We stayed at Le Suites Del Duomo for 3 nights. The rooms are spacious and clean. The ac is controlled individually by remote and it was perfect given it was so hot outside. The area is full of cafes, restaurants and convenience shops. Our experience was very good but there were guests who were left outside and phone not answered because of late check in (which apparently they send you details through WhatsApp how to check in)
The elevator is very small but it serves its purpose and if you want to take the stairs it’s only 1 flight. The common parts are not very clean but they’re outside the property, from the door inwards the area was very clean and so were the rooms.

Elegant, clean, luxury

Friendly environment clean and elegant, the staff very kind and prepared, the bed comfortable and pillows also great for those with cervical problems like me, they helped me with private parking, I recommend it to everyone and hope to return soon ... SAINTS...
