Really bad experience

Bad rooms. Really noisy, old and not like the images. Thebuilding os terrifying. Very bad. Like a nightmare. We couldnt sleep because of the noise. There werent towels, shower gel, TV. The only good is the location and the kind woman who was cleaning. Totally not recommended.

Is not like the pictures

The images from the reality is very different. We stay for three nights. The rooms isn’t good and the smell of the building is strange. Also the beds are terrible. We see from the pictures something very different. Only the location is good. Is in the centre of town and you can see Catania easy by feet.

Total disappointment! :( The trip was in April 2019

We were cheated by the nice pictures.
Terrible smell of mold.
The building is old with degraded walls.
The promised breakfast did not exist.
Bedding was dirty. No towels offered. No water in bathroom.

Worst place I was - Africa style

I was there 2 weeks ago and left after 1 day do to smell, noise, lack of electricity (partial, power was restored after a few hours). In the mourning there was no running water and breakfast didnt arrive at all.
Some rooms are ok, some are terrible, the building is dirty and it smells. The picture you see are probably modified in Photoshop.
I will definitely not return

Horrendous and horrible place to stay

Absolutely horrible place to be. The whole place smells like mold, the toilets don't even have a toilet seat, one night we had no electricity and a whole day no running water. Couldn't go to the bathroom at all. Our passports were left on the counter at the entrance, unsupervised, anyone could just simply come in and take them. Also, the kitchen the window was missing a piece of glass.
The "owners" were smoking in front of us in the rooms and did not respond to our phone calls for an entire day. When confronted with this, they said that a refund was out of the question.
Do not go there! It is most probably a brothel, you can see from the "sculptures" they have in the rooms....
