Experience not to be redone

The photos of the room do not correspond to reality. The room with the hot tub has the floor ruined and full of moisture, the shutters of the room are destroyed and only one opens, the view of the room from on torn curtains and dirt, the cleanliness leaves something to be desired.

Orchidea house

I state that I do not tend to do many reviews. Especially if they are negative reviews.
We booked a room for two people. Unfortunately, a day before I left I got sick.
By email I asked if it could be postponed. I was told to follow the booking rules, also I was told that if booking allowed to change days, I could do it.
I saw that you could actually apply to move the days. I then made a request through booking and by email and message I politely asked if the chosen days were fine, since booking had allowed me.
I was also willing to change with days that seemed more appropriate.
I would have accepted a polite no, because maybe the rooms were all occupied. The structure in question instead responded with a fairly immature and arrogant tone, telling me to read well what booking said. That I could cancel 7 days before for free or pay. When I actually followed the rules, the property itself told me to see if booking allowed the move, and it did.
Instead they refused badly, falling into contradiction themselves.
You make your own conclusions now.
