Friendly staff, clean and modern apartments, equipped with everything you need

The apartments are well maintained, cleaned with care and equipped with everything you need. The Evelyn girl, very welcoming and helpful certainly deserves a nod. Bravo, keep it up! The residence is located in the Point of Sale, a living area! Down there you can park from late afternoon but still at night you have to move your car, before the start of the Point of Sale. However there are many notices posted at the facility. Great location for those who want to visit Catania on foot and great apartment also for those who need to work in Smart working.

Unexpected payment. After a month

Unexpected charges after one month without any warning , call , or message ignorance at reception a real authorized scam . Shame on you.
Be very careful when booking they deduct money from you without notifying you after one month of booking among other things after requesting cancellation without penalty. Never provide credit cards to this property

STAY DECEMBER 2024

I stayed with my family for four days in late December 2024.
The residence is located in the center of Catania , every day there is a city market in the morning and on Saturday all day so it is advisable to park the car in the multi-storey Bellini car park which is about 300 meters from the residence.
Negative note: seeing the market early in the morning (about 6:00) all the street vendors arrive and start making a little noise and if you sleep lightly like me you risk waking up and never falling asleep again.
For the rest I recommend it for the strategic location and breadth of the interior premises.

Despite being in the center of Catania, the property is located in the Point of Sale. It is therefore almost impossible to park cars nearby, unless there is a multi-storey paid car park nearby. The property is not accessible to the disabled, as at the entrance there are stairs to access very small elevators that do not allow wheelchair access. Average apartment while missing a general maintenance to the same. Not spotless considering that the sheets were stained and worn. Even towels not in perfect condition.
I personally will never go back.

Spacious and comfy apartment with kitchen

Hotel is located right in the street market (open from Monday to Saturday till 1pm), the area doesn’t seem nice, but once you get into your room your perspective changes. Remember to plan check-in in advance.
Spacious and comfy apartment, kitchen with all the basic appliances for cooking, a room with a double bed, in the living room is a uncomfortable sofa bed, tv and kitchen.
A lot of mosquitos in the apartment, they only clean and change everything once per week, unless you want to pay extra.
They have a room with pool and soccer table and a small gym at the second floor. Also have washing and dryer machine available for free, you only need to buy your soap.
There’s a supermarket parallel to the apartment and another one crossing the street. Walking distance to the center.
Bus and Metro station next to the apartment.
Carlo gave all us the map with all the handy tips and directions.
Recommendations for the owner: buy new towels and sofa, it’s ok for watching tv but not for sleeping. And need to do something with the wifi, it disconnects every 5 min.
