Great stay in
We stayed at this hotel nine days with a newborn and our dog and had a great time.
Very family atmosphere, all the staff is very kind.
The room had everything we needed and was spacious (triple room).
We had a great time even during meals, various choices and everything very good!

Unsatisfactory experience for being in Emilia Romagna
I had read some not-so-positive reviews, but I decided to trust it. Three weeks before the stay, I had expressly asked not to be assigned the room in the attic, given the numerous negative reviews, but that was exactly the one I was given, as if it were the only one available for two people.
Upon my request to change rooms, I was even offered a refund of the deposit. Frankly, that was not what I was asking for: having made the request so far in advance, I simply expected it to be taken into consideration. Instead, I had the feeling that it had already been decided to assign me that very room.
Furthermore, during the stay the room was not cleaned and I had to make the bed myself. The cleaning staff justified themselves by saying that there were only a few of them, but this should not fall on the guests.
The dinners also disappointed me: little choice and average quality, nothing special.
Overall, an experience that did not meet expectations. I will definitely not return.

Attention, I contacted the facility after calculating the price on booking; I even took a screenshot; after the phone contact, the facility increased the amount by almost 1000€.

Improveable
Friendly and courteous staff, we had taken the package with pet friendily, and in the package it was written that they should give us a doghouse, bowls for water and food, thank goodness we brought everything from home because we were not provided with anything, and if we did not ask for the free package for the puppy even that they gave us.
The room for the price is just a single flaw the shower and the water coming down to droppers and you could not even move in the shower so narrow that it was, and the noise of the elevator when it was running that you could hear since we had the room there attached, and the mess at night of people talking on the stairs or early in the morning that you hear the sounds of those who go to the bathroom.
On the bright side good food and very patient about my thousand food allergies
