A great discovery, we will return!!!

We felt comfortable in this hotel from the moment we arrived.
The friendliness and helpfulness make it so that you can relax from the beginning, the rooms and the environments are very clean, the food is good and abundant.
The location is excellent, a few meters from the sea and from Via Dante.
It was truly a great discovery, so much so that it made us say "we will return"

Total disappointment

Excellent cleanliness. It's a shame that we were fooled by the photos, which unfortunately do not correspond to reality at all. Rooms (I'm speaking of ours) are tiny, without a closet to at least be able to unpack the suitcase. Space is almost suffocating, there is so little space. Furthermore, food is always repetitive, meals are repeated or re-proposed, and at times we even found leftovers from the previous day. In the evening, if you wanted to chat after dinner, they would turn off the lights as if to say “go away.” It disappointed us quite a bit.

Nice surprise

Property in an excellent location, 2 minutes from the beach and convenient for evening walks. We stayed for a week in a quadruple room with two little girls, taking the all-inclusive package which also included the beach. Excellent cleanliness, well-organized room with a new bathroom and a very useful small balcony. Lunch and dinner buffets were very orderly with a wide selection and good quality. Kind and helpful staff. Lido delle Sirene is really beautiful with a pool and a very clean area equipped for children on the beach. The hotel's remote parking is well-organized with an efficient shuttle service. Recommended!

We stayed from 6/27/2026 to 7/5/2026; as soon as we arrived, we were welcomed by the owners and the staff who immediately made us feel at home and explained the facility's services to us.
We chose the all-inclusive package and were very satisfied with the breakfast, lunch, and dinner buffet; since we do not eat pork, the staff asked us day by day what we would like as an alternative (even though there were already many alternatives to pork in the buffet).
All the staff are professional and very nice!!! I recommend it for anyone who wants to take a vacation in Cattolica!! For us, the best!!! I will definitely return next year! Thanks a lot!!

They saved our vacation!

7/05/2026 we are sadly leaving the hotel after a beautiful week.
Called at the last minute because we were fleeing a horrible experience in Riccione at 11:30 PM, they welcomed us immediately with kindness (not something everyone does) and immediately found us a spacious, cool room with a sea view.
The cleanliness is simply EXCELLENT, the food is excellent and with a varied selection, and the staff is kind, helpful, and professional. Excellent location a stone's throw from the sea and the center.
The beach they are affiliated with is the Lido delle Sirene, one of the most beautiful in Cattolica, and they are very kind there too.
We could not have asked for better, we are thinking of returning next year too! Thank you!
