When class and style go hand in hand with hospitality and empathy

I hadn't been there for many years; I found the same jovial and simple atmosphere as always, but in an even more beautiful and functional facility. Beautiful and tidy rooms with a breathtaking view, trained and friendly staff, high-level restaurant, and many spaces to socialize, play, or do sports. Strategic location near the center of Cavalese and the charming park. The Ferragosto dinner was wonderful. You are unique and wonderful. Thank you.

A hotel very close to the center with all the comforts, rooms with a balcony and a beautiful view of the mountains. A truly beautiful and well-kept spa, even if small. The hotel is one of the best I have ever experienced very clean good comfort I love the wellness area everything was spotless perfect and the staff is excellent in th and the food is really very good the hotel is has beautiful furniture very clean and also very elegant

Not again... znova už ne

The hotel is well situated within walking distance of the Alpe Cermis resort, as well as within walking distance of the pretty town of Cavalese. The hotel definitely does not correspond to 4*, I would rate it as 2*. The whole building is an attempt at the local colonial style, but unfortunately it is obvious that everything is old and used, the walls are cracked, the carpets are shabby, but I can't say dirty. Overall, it looks more like a mountain chalet for high school ski trips. The room was very spacious with a balcony, clean. But the equipment is old, bathroom in plastic, missing light bulbs, smell from waste every day. Breakfast was very decent, eggs, sausages, ham, cheese, pancakes, decent coffee. Nice and fast service, everything included. Unfortunately, hotel guests in sweatpants, crocs, a million running children. It was reminiscent of ski training. But ok. Dinner was already a bigger mess. Tables decorated as in an exclusive restaurant, the staff tried their best. But the food very average. One day a choice of 2 menus, the next day no more. One day the vegetable buffet, all eaten, was just carrot and potato salad. Ham for an appetizer, which you get everywhere for free with beer, is served to you as if on a golden platter. Tasteless spetzle, pasta too, main courses average. The wine you buy average. The wellness hotel has a smaller pool full of children. There are also two saunas and a steam room. Everything out of order. So you can't really talk about wellness. The ski room is probably made from a children's corner, which is separated by a wall. All shoe dryers were occupied, leaving shoes wet in the morning. The overall experience was rounded off by the arrogant young man at the reception on the day of departure. After asking where we could leave our luggage during the day, that we were going skiing and would like to change clothes afterwards, we were told that he didn't care, that the hotel didn't have a luggage room, and that we should leave it somewhere in the corridor or in to the car that he doesn't care. Cool. This is how we imagine it. Conclusion. As we found out by mistake on the first day at breakfast, the hotel is owned by a rather arrogant Czech who obviously does not want to invest, he is just trying to make money from ignorant tourists, because if someone travels a little, he can never come back to this hotel. Damage.
Hotel je dobře situovaný v docházkové chůzi střediska Alpe Cermis, stejně tak v docházkové chůzi pěkného městečka Cavalese. Hotel rozhodně neodpovídá 4*, ohodnotil bych tak na 2*. Celý objekt je v pokusu o místní koloniální styl, avšak bohužel je poznat, že je vše staré a použité, stěny popraskané, koberce zašlé, ale nemohu říct špinavé. Celkově spíš připomíná horskou chalupu pro lyžařské zájezdy středních škol. Pokoj byl velice prostorný s balkonem, čistý. Zařízení ale staré, koupelna v umělé hmotě, chybějící žárovky, zápach z odpadu každý den. Snídaně byly velmi slušné, vajíčka, párky, šunky, sýr, lívance, slušná káva. Obsluha milá a rychlá, vše doplněno. Bohužel hoteloví hosté v teplákách, crocsech, milion běhajích dětí. Připomínalo to lyžařský výcvik. Ale ok. Večeře už byl větší průšvih. Stoly nazdobené jak v exklusivní restauraci, obsluha se snažila. Ale jídlo velmi průměrné. Jeden den výběr ze 2 menu, druhý den už ne. Jeden den zeleninový bufet, vše snědené, byla jen mrkev a bramborový salát. Šunku na předkrm, kterou dostanete všude k pivu zdarma, vám servírují jak na zlatém podnose. Špetzle bez chuti, těstoviny také, hlavní chody průměr. Víno, které si kupujete průměr. Wellness hotelu je menší bazén plný dětí. Dále dvě sauny a pára. Vše mimo provoz. Takže se opravdu o wellness nedá mluvit. Lyžárna je udělána pravděpodobně z dětského koutku, který jí odděluje stěnou. Všechny sušáky na boty byly obsazené, takže boty ráno mokré. Celkový zážitek završil arogantní mladík na recepci v den odjezdu. Po dotazu, kde si můžeme nechat přes den zavazadla, že jdeme jestě lyžovat a rádi bychom se pak převlékli, tak nám bylo řečeno, že je mu to jedno, že místnost na zavazadla hotel nemá a ať si to necháme někde položené na chodbě nebo v autě, že ho to nezajímá. Super. Takhle si to představujeme. Závěr. Jak jsme zjistili nedopatřením první den u snídaně, hotel vlastní poměrně arogantní Čech, kterému se evidentně nechce investovat, prostě se jen snaží vydělat na neznalých turistech, jelikož pokud někdo trochu cestuje, už se do tohoto hotelu nemůže nikdy vrátit. Škoda.
