Nice experience
My sister and I stayed at this b@b for two nights. We were satisfied with the Breakfast Service provided by Roberta, super nice and nice girl. Upon our arrival we were greeted by an employee, who was in charge of the arrangement of the rooms, whose name unfortunately we do not know, who was equally kind and helpful. The location of the b@b is also great, being able to reach the center in less than 10 minutes. Comfortable and panoramic room.

Don’t waste your money
Good points close to town

The accommodation was clean

On entering the property there was a smell of drains this was in communial area entered our room wasn’t much of odour as we are regular visitor to Sicily we do understand that there can be a problem with drainage
After spending evening out on our return the smell intensified an during the night became unbearable an we decided to leave at 4 am I have contacted the host but he has not replied
There was no way you could sit an eat breakfast with the smell

Forget about it.
Room 4.
Air conditioning leaking water from the ceiling grill (ducted system). We asked for assistance that was limited to providing us with bucket and rag. This was with the excuse that it was difficult to intervene on the weekend. In fact, it has been understood that the problem has existed for some time and they are ignoring it by being careful not to inform the customer at the time of booking.
Room 5.
Balcony unusable for the heat of the engines of the air conditioning units. In addition, the Noise level of these is perceived in the room.
Bed smashed and creaking with every movement.
Rooms found with air conditioning off. Very hot.
Really poorly maintained and disturbing building. Dirty, dark hallway and almost always open door.
The manager, kind when booking, proved to be completely rude and virtually unattainable during the stay.
During the booking process he took care to inform us about the lack of sea view and bidet, but he took care to report the real problems of the rooms (see above).
The location is not bad for sightseeing and parking near the B&B, but for the above I would say that you can find better in the same area.
Disproportionate price for what it offers.
If possible look elsewhere

... I don't just make a copy paste of the previous review, I could say something more.
To avoid chamber 105, here sleeping is humanly impossible, the pump fans for the operation of the internal splits are on all night. The thing that struck me the most was the sound of a turbine lighting up every quarter of an hour... it seemed to me that of a plane on the taxiway ready to take off. As I said the bathroom without a maintenance... mobile toilet tablet as was the sink tap, the impractical shower, no base, the room without the most banal kettle which today anyone has.When I left the room to have breakfast I told everything to the lady I needed, she poor, she just apologized by telling me that she would tell the owner. The thing that makes me think most is that he was already aware of the impracticality of the room since other reviews have left me the same disappointment and he sold it even at a price not very cheap. Sorry to leave a poor review but this is what it was.

To be avoided
Let's start by saying that the access to the facility with digital door opening, convenient, but in my case it did not work and I had to call to get it opened. Cozy common area for breakfast. The room (5) has a terrace totally unusable as the large motors of the air conditioner of the structure continuously throw hot air, impossible to keep the window open. The toilet has an inappropriate tablet and therefore does not fully stand up and move. The faucet of the beautiful washbasin is not properly fixed and moves. The end of the shower to be used instead of the bidet (there is not but we had been informed) was rusty (replaced later). The shower enclosure old and with uncomfortable access. Bathroom to be completely reviewed. The bed creaks and despite the double window, the air conditioner motors can be heard. All this makes it difficult to rest at night. Cleaning and tidying the room performed only after pointing it out. The room is not soundproof (you could hear the noises of the neighbors). All for 120€ per night...
