We had a fantastic stay at Lirma, it's a family run business and they are most lovely people.
The location is perfect, two minutes walk from the beach and the old town as well.
The breakfast is amazing, not to be missed. We thoroughly recommend staying at Lirma.

We loved our expérience. The hotel was really close to the beach and they provided us with parasols and towels. The breakfast was simple but good. The owner and her daughter were very nice!

Excellent, welcoming and great location

Wonderful place, highly recommended. Made very welcome from moment we arrived from a long, hot journey. Rosa Maria, Gaia and family are fantastic, friendly hosts. The house is right by the train, beach and town. We had an interconnected family room for 4 (2 older teen sons). Room had our own private side access steps from bars/shops/beach. Breakfast was plentiful and delicious. They held our luggage after checkout which was really helpful. Am missing it already and very much hope we get to return!! Photos do not do it justice, Lirma is a beautiful house with a garden to share. Thank you Rosa Maria and Gaia!

A wonderful family-run gem in Cefalù – highly recommended!

We had a fantastic stay at Rate Lirma B&B and would absolutely choose to stay here again without a second thought.
What we loved:
Authentic Hospitality: It is a wonderful family-owned business, and you can really feel how dedicated and involved the hosts are. They went above and beyond for us, even saving a parking spot when we arrived, which was incredibly helpful. They also gave us excellent restaurant recommendations.
The Breakfast: Absolutely amazing! Most of the options were homemade, and everything was delicious. We honestly wished we could have stayed more days just to try everything they had prepared.
Location & Garden: The B&B is very close to the beach, making it super convenient. Plus, they have a lovely garden where you can just sit back and relax.
The Room: While the room wasn’t huge, it was exactly what we needed. It was spotless and equipped with everything necessary for a comfortable stay.
One minor drawback:
Wi-Fi limitations: The Wi-Fi wasn't great and had some frustrating restrictions. I couldn't access websites from my home country or a few other sites I needed to visit.
Overall, the warmth of the hosts, the incredible food, and the great location made this a memorable stay. We will definitely be back!

An absolute must

The B&B Lirma is absolutely recommended to anyone who wants to experience a dream stay in Cefalu. Located in the heart of the city, 200 meters from the beach and 500 meters from the charming historic center, this guesthouse is a family affair with daughter Gaia at the reception, charming and full of good advice, and Maria Rosa, the mother, who takes care of the breakfast, which is a marvel with a plethora of choices, both savory and sweet, including homemade pies that are to die for. The rooms are impeccable and overlook a magnificent garden that is worth spending some time in. The only downside is the lack of parking spaces, which forces you to use a public parking lot at 15 euros per day. But it is a lesser evil compared to all the other advantages. An absolute must!
