Straconsigliatissimo!
Posizione ottima. Proprietari gentili, educati e cortesi. Camera pulita e moderna. Letto comodo, pulizia eccellente, bagno nuovo e funzionale. Lenzuola, asciugamani e letto emanavano profumo di pulito. Le foto della struttura sono reali e, si sa, a volte non è così, ma con questa struttura non incapperete in spiacevoli sorprese. Ringrazio ancora i proprietari pronti e disponibili nei nostri confronti. Lo consiglio vivamente.

Non-existent basic services: a disastrous experience!
Room overall quite nice, but it was like a Ferrari without engine. Shower with water at first warm and after a minute frozen. The bathroom door wedged into the sliding rail didn't move. Wifi connection absolutely absent, despite the mirror of the password that is provided. As a result, even cell phone calls were absolutely prohibited, both for receiving and calling. Also the gem of the lack of the bidet, which was absolutely not marked anywhere. I would like to point out that I reported all these serious deficiencies to the owners by sending a whatsapp message (forwarded, of course, from outside the structure due to the total lack of wifi connection but also absence of data connection) the evening before checkout, without having absolutely no response or feedback from the owners.

Ceglie delicious, very questionable host
From questionable initial contact, then by phone they seemed available. But that was it. I had mentioned my difficulty in walking, but this can take a back seat because two stairs were feasible. I had spotted to be found the warm place since they are dated constructions and especially the temperatures decreased but it was almost useless the environment is not small and a simple air conditioning mini nn heated as it should have, fortunately other blankets there were but not other pillows, those found in the bed super flat, bathroom nor heat and not even bidet (x me an absurdity), not even a shower at least in the shower, instead only mega impractical shower head if you want to wash without getting your hair wet (absence of kit). Television only furniture nn took nothing and no subscription for pay TV. I tried to call the host several times to know how to do it but he never answered. Yesterday at our arrival we had read on the check out sheet at 10, this morning their msg (after total absence, excused x their problems), to tell us to leave at 9.30 maximum 10. That is, a kind of “courtesy” .... Is this hospitality?

Incredible
No correspondence with description and photos of the rooms. Rooms without windows or extractors for air vents. No heating; there is an air conditioner for cold and hot air but it is inefficient and ineffective for heating. The bathroom is not heated and has a very small window at the top which is neither accessible nor manoeuvrable. In winter it is almost unlivable. Breakfast, included in the booking, consists of in coffee pods and industrial snacks without external packaging therefore without indications of allergens, some without expiry date, no milk, no juice, 1 bottle of water. Television present but without connection to national programmes, only Netflix. Inefficient Wi-Fi . No blankets or duvets. No willingness to at least partially resolve the problems or change rooms. Will they all be equivalent? Definitely not recommended.
