The most beautiful corner of paradise in Ceglie
L'hospitalité à l'italienne.
Pia, her husband Nicola and her staff were lovely. They do everything to make customers feel at home. They are the soul of this beautiful farm. They renovated it in a modern style but always keeping the soul of the place.
Inside, with breakfast, swimming pool, apartment, all the land with olive trees. And made to feel out of time... In a corner of paradise, far from the noise of the cities but at the same time close to all the cities to see ... The king of the farm is definitely Red the red cat .... That from the first day welcomed us with cuddles ...
And Mrs. Pia... A grandmother that everyone would love to have ...does everything for her guests ... The only thing that remains in mind when you leave: and come back next summer... For me, it was the most beautiful farm I've ever done.... I could stay all day at the pool with a fine book at sunset. ... A timeless, magical place .. perfect

Very negative
We stayed at this b & b from 21/8 to 24/8 contrary to the positive reviews for us and it was a negative experience bed creaking noisy windows breakfast poor croissants not of days when we pointed out the lady repeated that they were of the day too bad that then we found out that for 15 people had bought only 9 so they could not be enough for everyone for us and it was a negative experience

A relaxing stay in an authentic masseria
We stayed for 8 nights last September (2023) and we received really helpful communication with the property prior to arrival.
This is a lovely authentic masseria set within olive groves and gardens with a lovely, very clean pool.
It is close to Ceglie Messapica, known for its great variety of restaurants and lovely atmosphere.
Our room was elegantly yet simply furnished with a lovely high ceiling and full height doors opening onto a small balcony with garden views, enjoying the morning sun.
The property is very clean and each morning our room was cleaned before we returned from breakfast.
Breakfast is served in a beautiful domed ceilinged room and is good with attentive service, plenty of variety with some items being home made or home grown such as the fresh figs and delicious marmalade made by our charming and attentive hostess, Signora Pia, who chatted to us every day.
She owns the masseria with her husband and is always eager to make sure that her guests are happy. We looked forward to seeing her and we felt privileged to be staying in her beautiful home.
This is a great base to explore Puglia and because of the lovely pool, you can spend as much down time as you like and there is also plenty of shade provided by awnings.
WiFi was really good in the rooms and also unexpectedly by the pool!

A wonderful holiday in a fairytale place
Last year we stayed at this farm for a few days and we had a great time so this year we returned for 11 days: a wonderful holiday!!!!
Absolute Relaxation, we really rested like never before.....
The farm is located on a hill, probably the best area of Ceglie as it is always ventilated and quiet, the main road is at least 500 meters away so you can't hear any traffic noise.
I don't remember having ever had such a relaxing and pleasant holiday, I would have liked to stay a few more days but unfortunately it is always overbooked, and the reason is clear: a decidedly advantageous quality/price ratio :-)
All the apartments have a very enjoyable outdoor area, which we obviously used often, both for having lunch but also just for relaxing on the very comfortable deckchairs.
The pool area is very well looked after, with large curtains to protect from the sun.
The owners Pia and Nicola are very hospitable and caring, how lucky you are to live in this fairytale place.....
The service girls are also perfect.
