Areas for improvement

Hotel with very kind and helpful staff. Rooms are small but very clean and comfortable. The presence of a fridge in the room was greatly appreciated. Decent food but repetitive. Unfortunately, the hotel does not offer (or only partially offers) many of the proposed services: no children's entertainment, murky and cold pool, poorly maintained bicycles. We were charged for the electric charging parking, but the spot reserved for us did not have the charging station (not that we needed it, we have a gasoline car, but the wording on the receipt probably served as justification). From the quote, the possibility of using the internal parking seemed included in the all-inclusive solution, but instead.... Draft wine charged extra. Excellent service provided by the beach club in front of the hotel: organized, clean, well-stocked.

Lunches and dinners need improvement.

We spent a weekend at this facility, and from the reviews we read here, we expected to find something different.
The food was, I believe, the saddest part: dishes served like in a hospital. The early bird gets the worm. If the few appetizers, side dishes, or desserts ran out, they were not replenished at the buffet.
We didn't spend much, it's true, but the food from the Romagna Riviera is something else.
The breakfasts, to be fair, were not bad, however.
Cleanliness was okay.
The unrenovated rooms show signs of age, but they are fine for a weekend. The bathroom is very small.

Hotel as at home

Hotel a step from the pine forest and two from the sea..The staff is the centerpiece, the machine that makes everything work great...
