Holiday with the furry

Hotel in a great location , attached to the sea and 5 minutes from the center. Small but spotless rooms every day change the bathroom linen. Very kind staff, very considerate polite and nice. I would say 5 star breakfast!!!!!! Also good dinner followed by Marco equally thoughtful and nice. An eye also for dogs. If we had to

I was misled by the previous reviews.

Small room and a very tiny bathroom. The mattress was really hard.
Minimal and bland breakfast with little choice.
Mini-bar above the child's crib!!
We didn't even have space to place our suitcases.
On Saturday night, we had a nightclub in our room.
Torn sheets and a bedspread from a B&B.
Great location for the beach and for walking to the center.
Very small paid parking with cars jammed together.
Compared to the reviews found, it really felt like I was somewhere else, oh well!

Definitely unfair and unprofessional

I had contacted the hotel for a booking of a group of about 45/50 people for the night between December 7 and 8, 2025, I had asked to insert an option on September 15 (yesterday), so that I could better organize the trip.
The option on 15 September was confirmed to me on 2 September by Mrs Anna.
Yesterday I communicate the reservation by email, their answer is that they had not fixed any option and that there was no more room for our group (yesterday smaller, but by the required dates I would have reached the required numbers).
After the demonstration that the option was confirmed by them they tell me that it is a decision of the holder.
I try to contact the owner by phone but I can never get through it.
Definitely incorrect and unprofessional behavior that caused me considerable damage.
Be careful to book... you may find nasty surprises.

Super in every respect

Clean hotel and clean room in a fantastic potion, super friendly and accommodating staff in our every request, super plentiful and varied breakfast
Definitely recommended and will definitely choose them for the next times.

Super hotel

Hotel close to the beach, small but comfortable and clean rooms. The guys at reception are always very kind and helpful.
The strength is the breakfast, a lot of choice of both savory and sweet, all fresh and delicious products!
I’ve already been twice this year, I’ll definitely come back here, it has become the safe point in Milano Marittima!
