Brilliant hotel!

Such a brilliant find in Cervia, where I come on holidays every year. A wonderful, super clean hotel with lovely rooms, modern, great breakfast and the friendliest of staff. Great value for money, I will certainly come back and would highly recommend both for families and groups of friends

Honesty is now a rare commodity!

I am writing this review to report a very serious matter. During my stay, I forgot a pair of valuable white pants in the room, which I am absolutely certain I brought back to the hotel (where I stayed with trusted friends).
I contacted the establishment the day after my return. After initially assuring me that they would conduct checks, I was informed that no one found anything.
I do not directly accuse anyone, but the facts are simple: the pants were in the room and have disappeared. They have never been found, and this leaves little room for doubt.
For this reason, I will not return and I feel compelled to advise anyone who values their personal belongings against this establishment.

Very dirty hotel very old baths breakfast better shut up the most misspent money of my life

Very dirty hotel rooms and bathrooms better not talk about it and then move on to breakfast better go to the bar I do not recommend it to anyone

Bad experience in Cervia and hotel La Torre

Coming from an almost wonderful stay made 4 days earlier in Jesolo and considering the same amount spent, the experience in this hotel was terrible. Structure dilapidated and very old, cleaning left to be desired, TV not working, bicycles not available, invoice not printed just arrived, single room a cemetery cubicle, curtains torn, electrical outlet not suitable on the bed and not next to the bedside table, poor breakfast and cheap products. Broken shower head, occluded bidet, toilet paper and scarce bathroom products. Balconies railings and chairs outside peeling. Foreign cleaning staff rude and insufficient since they have no schedules in cleaning the room. The only kind was the receptionist in the afternoon calling Giovanni who tried to fix my TV Without succeeding, and also tried to change my room but all busy. One of the owners who greeted me in a beautiful presence went to great lengths the next day to print the invoice. But the beautiful presence cannot and must not justify the series of inefficiencies presented, also because I heard that they run other hotels. Before opening to the public, the structure needs to be drastically renovated. And the low cost of 170€ for 4 nights with breakfast can not and should not be a deterrent to provide everything this disgust also because at the same price in Jesolo I had much more and I was treated much better. I do not recommend the structure nor Cervia...

Un assoluto incubo

Hotel sporco e tenuto malissimo.
Una volta arrivati in camera abbiamo trovato uno spazzolino usato e un asciugamano appeso usato , segnale che la camera è il bagno non sono stati puliti sporchi.
Ovunque muri sporci , cose rotte e arrugginite e muffa ( alla quale sono allergica infatti ho cominciato a respirare male e tossire tutto il tempo)
Colazione di dubbia gestione e durante la colazione è stata messa musica alta e fastidiosa
