Very good

We arrived Saturday, August 9 and we leave tomorrow with all my family Basile / Laezza , I thank all the staff x this week , availability to the maximum, excellent cleanliness, top cuisine, perfect entertainment thanks Fabiola x have entertained young and old...

IT WOULD BE BETTER TO CLOSE

A terrible experience from every point of view.
Inedible food, of poor quality and not cooked in the hotel but brought in from outside by a van; the tablecloths were NEVER changed despite being dirty; when we requested to change them, we were told they had no others! Dirty and old dishes...
The rooms need maintenance, cleaning of the rooms and bathrooms was nonexistent and embarrassing; even the common areas were neglected and unclean!
It is unacceptable to keep a structure like this open!!!

AWFUL, STAY AWAY

Awful. Dirty and dilapidated rooms, various plumbing and electrical issues, the worst part is definitely the food, bordering on inedible, and surely no one on the staff has ever taken an HACCP course. Terrible service, unprepared staff, lacking utensils, and those that are available date back at least 40 years. Absolutely not recommended.

Horrible.

I don't know where to start. We stayed in this “hotel” for 6 days, already the Welcoming was not the best, if we had a chat with the receptionist and only to deliver documents and tourist tax. Room: we had a “triple”, dust EVERYWHERE, even on the bedside tables. There is no hairdryer, mini-bar, toothbrush holder and shower gel/shampoo holder in the shower. I don't know exactly where and when it was renovated, but it definitely isn't. We had the b&b option, so bed and breakfast. Breakfast: I don't even know whether to call it that: water and sugar drinks, coffee/cappuccino machine etc., indecent. For 6 mornings breakfast has always been the same, all prepackaged. Pool: I have never seen it in operation and we heard other guests complain about this, rightly so. We spent a lot of money on a dive. Absolutely not recommended. Ah, bring multiple sockets because in the whole room there is only ONE socket.
