Everything perfect

Two adults, 2 children.
Fantastic hotel.
We have been coming to Romagna for 6 years and this hotel was the best we have ever found.
Some initial problems due to the slightly sparse buffet but as the days went by everything became special.
Excellent food, always perfect room (very good Olga) and exceptional staff (Franco, Sergio, Antonella, the cook and all the others).
Excellent quality and plentiful food (bis, tris and so on and so forth).
AMAZING mid-August dinner...

Very bad. The Carabiniere were there several times. Read the Corriereromagna. I advise everyone to stay away from this hotel. Please avoid this hotel. There were really strange people there. The room wasn't cleaned for 3 days. A disaster. I've never experienced anything like it.

Hotel Niagara

Simple hotel with basic rooms equipped with bathroom and balcony overlooking the sea. Breakfast available but not very varied and rich in the lounge with large windows. Entire free parking. Friendly and helpful staff. Close to shops and beach.

Very bad

How do they allow them to work, complete scam, disorganization, poor food, non-Italian staff, constant complaints, between management and customer, the Federal Erghi should check the stars, they ended up in the scandalous newspaper

Comfortable holiday

My family and I returned a few days ago from our week-long stay at the Hotel Niagara. We had a comfortable holiday. Excellent value for money. The room was spacious and always clean with a large bathroom with a comfortable shower with cubicle. The staff always friendly and helpful. Good cuisine. We cannot deny that due to an internal organizational unexpected event on August 15th there were some problems which however were promptly resolved. The only advice we can give is that with an extra waiter in the room the service would have been perfect. Overall I would stay here again.
