Wonderful days

One-star hotel....BUT...
Staff, location, cleanliness, comfort level, meals, hospitality, and atmosphere are excellent. What a pleasure to chat calmly with the owners and employees, both for advice and for the important history of the town and the valley.
I greatly appreciated the opportunity to slow down and enjoy the mountain environment. It is also strategically located for peaceful walks and challenging hikes.

Bad experience

Cold bedrooms and bathroom, I could not use electrical outlets as they are not working. Old blankets, access door to the room ruined and skinned therefore unwatchable. Bad food, forced sympathy, WI-FI not working.
Conclusion: strongly discouraged

Gentile Patrizia, ci dispiace che la sua esperienza non sia stata all’altezza delle aspettative. Abbiamo appena attivato la fibra (non appena disponibile in paese cioè da inizio 2026) e stiamo apportando modifiche per rendere le camere e in generale tutti i locali più accoglienti. Dopo la sua segnalazione abbiamo effettuato controlli e le prese risultano funzionanti. Forse il dettaglio della porta spellata ha catturato maggiormente la sua attenzione, ma molti ospiti apprezzano la qualità della nostra cucina, realizzata principalmente con prodotti di qualità provenienti dal nostro allevamento. Cerchiamo sempre di accogliere tutti con cortesia e attenzione, convinti che la simpatia sia un dialogo a doppio verso, e prendiamo seriamente ogni feedback per continuare a migliorare. Very happy

I stayed half board for three nights. I was delighted and I think I will be back soon. The value for money is great. I found cleanliness, convenience, comfort, good food and friendliness. The location is strategic for excursions.

Spectacular place

Review: Really nice hotel, owners really friendly and attentive to my food intolerances... being lactose intolerant and gluten is never easy to make a vacanza..loro were super attentive and I have never had problema..camere clean... beautiful place..

A beautiful montains place with around many options for tours.

Wonderfull Place inside the nature. I loved the food at the dinner and the artisanal beers. Excellent quality for the price we paid. Excellent view from the room and rooms very well cleaned. The family hosting is very kind and they helped us with many information and for organizing tours (Bernina train tò Saint Moritz, the UNESCO sites of Valcamonica, for skiing, trekking etc) . At the breakfast they offer food also for vegan and celiac.
Un posto molto affascinante e autentico. La famiglia che gestisce è gentilissima e ci ha aiutato per i vari tours (sciare, trenino rosso e incisioni rupestri, sciare). Le camere sono molto pulite e la vista stupenda. La cucina a cena buonissima ed ha delle ottime birre artigianali. Rapporto qualità prezzo ottimo.
