Good experience

Good hotel.
The facility has very spacious rooms equipped with the necessary comforts.
The owner is available, as is the rest of the staff.
Adjacent to the facility, there is ample space for parking.
Dinner and breakfast are abundant.

Not recommended

Disappointing experience and far from expectations. The room was extremely hot and uncomfortable, worsened by the broken fan and the inability to use the air conditioning because the owner said it is only turned on starting at the end of June. To manage to sleep, we were forced to keep the windows open and it was still hot and also sunny early in the morning.
Customer attention was also lacking: upon arrival, the essential supplies were missing and breakfast offered products of modest quality in my opinion.
The policy regarding animals is also somewhat unclear: although dogs are allowed, they cannot access various areas of the facility, causing significant inconveniences during the stay, and they must be carried in common areas. Overall, the facility is outdated and the service is not up to par. I would not recommend it.

Cute.

All in all it was a sufficient two night experience. If it were for the kindness and helpfulness of Mr. Martini I could give a 9 as always present and you see that cares .. As for the hotel I think it needs to be subject to a general renovation as it is dated but economically we do not feel like suggesting to the property given the state of neglect of Chianciano Terme. Very simple rooms with perfect mattress and pillows but with a bathroom where the tap water sink went down very little and toilet board off-site .. I could not see any service in the hotel and parking non-existent but in an adjacent street after a climb .. breakfast based only on cakes (great pies) and poor salt. Overall we give the sufficiency even if the price is not entirely adequate (also because Chianciano Terme is in decay given the many hotels closed or failed compared to a Montepulciano where it is a whole other world in positive).

Good structure

We stayed at the property over the Easter weekend. I start with the strengths, namely the kindness and helpfulness of the staff. Breakfast well stocked with tarts and biscuits, all handmade. Weaknesses: very lacking the savory part, croissants not always present, even if much requested by customers; we would have liked some cards describing the various things (tart of..., cake with... biscuits al.... etc). The structure is dated, remained in full 90s style. Although very well maintained and clean. Good location to reach the various destinations of the Val d'Orcia, spa and old Chianciano.

Excellent stay at Albergo Martini!

Excellent hotel which I strongly recommend!
I stayed at the hotel for four nights with my Mum as we wanted to go to Terme, both Sensoriali and Piscine Theia, and it was perfect!
The location is great, both to go to Terme and to explore nearby Tuscan towns - bus stops conveniently situated outside the hotel main entrance.
Food was was very very good, everything is freshly made and the taste is so good!
The service was great, nothing was a problem - I have food allergies and great attention was put into the meals which were prepared apart for me.
The staff was very friendly and the owners very cordial and hospitable, they made us feeling at home!
I would definitely go back and recommend it to anyone - much more than a three stars hotel!

Very good location
