School trip.

An honest stay, nothing luxurious but also not to be discarded. The hotel is a bit dated and the area of Chianciano Terme is not exactly the best, but the room, although somewhat old, was clean, with clean sheets and linens, which is what matters to me.
The people who work there are really nice and helpful. Dinner and breakfast are abundant.
I would recommend it if you are looking for a simple, clean place with friendly staff.
I do not believe the negative reviews received from other guests previously are fair.

Taken from the movie 'Shining.'

Terrible; I understand the simplicity of the hotel, I understand the price, but it was truly something terrible. Cleanliness, stained sheets, old bathrooms with mold, and fixtures from the 1960s. We had dinner and breakfast there: a very limited breakfast, honey and jam in giant bottles of poor quality, and a packed lunch with slices of bread and terrible cold cuts. In short, it felt like the hotel from the movie Shining.

I WISH I HAD STAYED ELSEWHERE

The bedroom door only locks, otherwise it opens, mold under one of the three mattresses, as for tap water is not drinkable and they charge for bottles of water, the toilet case dripped on my head while I was sitting pooping, I would have preferred to eat war food since the quality was really poor, beyond all these things the staff would need a course on how to treat customers since they have always been rude and grumpy most of them. I would also add that they want to withhold bail for a broken bed after a person just sat down, the material was clearly dated.

terrible experience

I went to this hotel for 3 nights for a football tournament nearby with my team. I will get straight to the point, the experience was terrible: the rooms unhygienic and with an unpleasant smell, the food was bad: hot pasta, meat and chips served cold and unpleasant staff during restaurant service. from the beginning of our stay the reception by the staff was very cold and completely inhospitable. sorry that even the criticism received they responded arrogantly and rudely. I will never return and I do not recommend it to anyone

Horrible!

Stay away this is dump!!!! Extremely terrible rooms, not even mention very rude stuff and woman at the reception that shouts at you in Italian and swears you won’t understand. Bedford and generally, really really bad experience!! DO NOT GO THERE !!!
