Wether was amazing, reception very nice and very helpfull. Very clean room, every day you can have a new towel's if you need. Nice food. Near Cittadella wall. Beautiful place. Very close to Padova, Venice,Werona. Just 40 min by train.

Staff are absolutely lovely and super accommodating. Room is basic as described but spotlessly clean. Very pleasant stay was had. Hotel is 15 mins walk from the walled city. 10 min walk from train station!

A place where you feel at home

A place where you feel at home. I stayed for 3 days for work and I really felt at home.
The service is super excellent, friendly, kind and professional.
I found the menu varied but above all delicious, each dish feels like it is cooked with love and high quality ingredients.
The exceptional staff, always ready to accommodate requests, never fails to smile, I found care, attention and a lot of empathy.
If only all hotels had staff where harmony reigns, we would feel at home wherever we are.
I appreciated every aspect, without pretension and certainly when I return to Cittadella, I am sure that I will find a welcoming, beautiful and serene place to welcome me like the Rometta hotel.
Congratulations guys and all the staff, keep it up
The only aspect that could be improved is the breakfast, which is very rich, but I suggest adding a few more variations.

Scandalous

Three night stay,
Quickly forgotten...
The small and dirty rooms with windows overlooking the tunnel and an iron staircase
Noisy climate system
Dilapidated bathroom
But we reach the top with dinner
Fixed menu 21 euros

Breakfast practically non-existent
But the best is the waitress with black hair who rushes you to order dinner and tells you that if it doesn't suit you
Citadel and full of pizzerias...
Luckily for hotels too...
