Overall a good property

Renovated hotel, very beautiful and functional rooms and bathroom. It is mandatory to get the sea view if you don't want to spend the night with the noise of the passing trains. Parking in summer is practically impossible to find. The restaurant offers fish dishes, not cheap but still good. Poor breakfast. Overall a good property

Ugly figure with guest bill really salty!

Two fish, three carpaccios, three different condiments, too bad the same pre-sliced. I wonder where the fillets of the two fish went.

Overlooking beach and finest fish food in Marche

I found an extremely high standard of facilities matched by very friendly and efficient staff. Nothing was too much trouble. The rooms are maintained well and offer a relaxed and modern atmosphere. The ones offering a sea view are recommended. The restaurant is a wonderful event and offers truly exceptional food. The hotel is within walking distance Civitanova with a good selection of coffee bars and up market shops.

If you don't speak or understand Italian...Beware!!

This establishment is the perfect example of how not to treat people with courtesy and respect. This long running restaurant decided to go into the hotel (8 rooms) industry. They should have just kept to the restaurant side of the industry. I had to hunt down an employee to check us in. They are so overwhelmed in the restaurant that the hotel guests are not even welcomed. No direction on air conditioning use, TV/SKY never worked. You are forced to have your room cleaned or serviced at "their beck and call" or you get nothing. Once they know you don't speak or understand Italian you are completely shunned and alienated.
