NEW YEAR IN CIVITANOVA MARCHE

As last year we went back to spend the New Year in Civitanova Marche and for comfort and for a great relationship between quality and price we chose the Hotel Velus again.
Given that we booked in November to be safe, the hotel was sold out these days of celebration.
There is no need to hide the fact that it is neither the latest fashion nor with the latest technological breakthroughs.
Some may say it is dated, but it is clean and has all the amenities.
Even free Sky if you wanted to watch TV.
It is located practically by the sea ...
The management is familiar and are available for any solution, should there be a problem.
Breakfast is made with the vending machine which is good, but also with cappuccinos and coffee made by them.
We've been going for many years, and despite the collapse of tourism, at Velus, it's better to book, otherwise you stay out.
Something must mean, and then you want to put the restaurant in front where if you drink a glass more you will not have the anxiety of returning by car?

Very satisfied

I stayed one night in half board with my husband and my three children. Very clean hotel, great dinner and the same I can say about breakfast. Friendly staff and very honest price. We'll be back!

It's not what it seems

Hotel remained in the 70s. Different from what appears on the site. Only the rooms were arranged nicely and better. Medium cleaning.

Great location, friendly staff, high quality collation. Of course, waking up to such a beautiful sea view in the morning makes so much difference, as does being able to park at no extra cost in the hotel parking lot. We had a great time.

Simple but excellent hotel 50 meters from the sea.

Dated hotel, but room 9 is fine and has a sea view (2nd floor, with elevator) (you can look straight over the restaurant opposite).
We slept there one night, but a coffee at the bar and amaro is all possible. The hotel has all kinds of restaurants nearby and the center is 1 km away, so it is ideally located. Parking on site. Breakfast is fine (especially by Italian standards). Slept well, but if you sleep very lightly, you do hear the train every now and then. But the location so close to the beach and 1 km from the center is fine. Price is low, good chance of staying here again, also because the dog was allowed to come along.
