Charming hotel for pre-cruise stay!

We recently spent 2 nights here prior to our cruise and adored the charm of this hotel! It’s clean, quant, full of hospitality and literally right across from the shuttle that takes cruise passengers to their ship. Friendly staff and the breakfast was sufficient with a large variety to start the day, including made to order coffees/teas if desired. We booked this hotel over a year in advance of our cruise at a great price and would not hesitate to stay here again!

Unbeatable location

Five stars for service & location!
Michele, Giuseppe & Luigi were our go-to guys. Marina took care of us during breakfast. The hotel staff showed great hospitality & service was top notch.
We chose this hotel for its location. It's is literally, a 3 minute walk (with luggage) to the free, cruise ship shuttle terminal. Spent 2 days in this port city before embarkation & most of the places of interest were within walking distance. Fort Michelangelo & the Mercato were easily reached by foot. The popular Pizza place, Mastro Titta is just next door & the convenience stores are across the street.
Breakfast was adequate & the rooms were clean & quite spacious. Some of the carpets are in need of replacement. Sleep quality was good.
We will not hesitate to stay in this place again, if our next cruise will embark from Civitavecchia. Thanks guys!

Oldie, but Goodie....LOL

This hotel is really unique. We loved it. It is an older hotel, but very clean and well kept. It is right across the road from the shuttle to the cruise ship. There is an excellent pizza place right next door as well. We plan on staying again when we cruise out of Rome again.

Within walking distance to port. Great service.

Giovanni was very helpful upon check-in and with a question on the TV in our room. The room was very clean, bed was comfortable. The elevator is small - my husband went up with our luggage (2 medium/2 carry ons) and there would have barely been room for me. Easy walk up the stairs. We stayed one night pre-cruise and would definitely use them again. Within walking distance to port. Breakfast was fine - nothing fancy but adequate.

Ok for 1 night stay

We stayed for 1 night before boarding cruise. Reception staff very helpful. Rooms definitely need a refurb. Beds were hard. Breakfast mediocre at best. Having said that very reasonable price and located just across from port shuttles. Reception booked us a 'taxi' to port as I cannot walk far while waiting for hop operation. When it arrived it was a tuk tuk with 2 seats and barely room for 2 cases, so not comfortable. Not sure how much a standard taxi would be but likely cheaper than the 20 euros per person charge!
