A Perfect Stay in the Dolomites
Hotel Dolomitenblick is a wonderful place to unwind. The views of the Dolomites are breathtaking, the rooms are clean and comfortable, and the staff are incredibly friendly. The food is delicious, and the wellness area is perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. A peaceful and scenic escape—highly recommended!

Unpleasant experience and not to be repeated. No pet friendly
Let's start with the positive points: good location, not far from the bus station and good food, exclusively a la carte, although limited in choice. Good cleaning of the rooms, although still with the carpet, which for an allergic person, is particularly unbearable.
Regarding the critical issues: I stayed for 12 nights in a double single use with my dog (reported and approved against daily payment to the structure). The room was small and the bathroom really cramped and obsolete.
But the disconcerting thing was the behavior of the manager throughout the stay: on the first day I asked her if a larger room was available (there were also rooms with mountain views, mine also gave on the car park) but I was answered: “I have already given him a single use, I do not usually do it”; I then learned that I not only paid a high supplement for single use, but also that other guests had been made 1/2 board, while I had been excluded from booking. I paid for everything on paper.
In addition, one day I approached her, while going out with the dog, to ask for directions to the pharmacy and she, in a blatant way, held her nose exclaiming: "but how much this dog smells", and not content, in front of other customers, she backed away confirming: "yes, it smells so much" and going to open the door of the hotel. In all this she didn't even bother to ask why I was looking for a pharmacy. When I pointed out the rudeness, she replied: “and I’m not a doctor, am I?”.
As for the Restaurant Service, it is all à la carte, there is not even a vegetable buffet, as in any 3 or 4 star mountain hotel. The waiter, courteous, but evidently inexperienced, or perhaps unaware of Italian customs, (the kitchen and waiters are all Arab) allowed himself inappropriate comments towards the customer, such as the invitation not to use for example a long glass because it is more difficult to clean. In addition, screams and quarrels were often heard from the kitchen., between the waiter and the owner.
Another absolutely disconcerting thing, was the wellness area, perpetually off. In fact, only the sauna was turned on, however, at the request of the customer ..
At the time of the bill, last but not least, the owner was wrong of "only" 600 € more .. fortunately I double-checked and I pointed it out, but at least she apologized for this .. experience absolutely not to be repeated, and not to be recommended for those looking for a three-star hotel and Pet friendly

Highly recommended
We loved staying at this hotel whose flagship is the friendly and personalized Service. The breakfast is very wide in offer and excellent in the quality of the products. Also noteworthy is the restaurant that offers every day a different menu with traditional dishes in a more refined key, really very satisfying. I sincerely thank Mrs. Carmen for her hospitality and the many small attentions that made our holiday in Collalbo very pleasant.

Very pleasant stay from all points of view: highly recommended!
I’m not used to doing reviews but this hotel deserves it, especially for the family atmosphere we breathed! We were greeted and treated warmly throughout our stay by all the staff, whom we congratulate again. Great breakfast, very rich, with local products, with a view of the Sciliar that is worth the trip. Spacious room with large balcony. Indoor swimming pool to end the days relaxing after long walks. There is no restaurant but a bistro with great local dishes so in the end we always had dinner here. Torneremo sicuramente!

Excellent in its simplicity
Very welcoming environment as well as people. The owner very proactive in suggesting activities by providing precise information. In addition, he takes great care and attention to each customer. The location of the hotel is strategic to reach all the tourist points of Renon. Excellent service and cleanliness
