Excellent service. very comfortable rooms, beds and pillows. Nice breakfast. Vending of drinks and snacks. Very friendly and attentive concierge. spacious and quiet place for a good rest. Modern. Everything works fine. With free parking

Let's say that all in all the location is fine
Smallness in the rooms but ours was great with space in the shower

Troppo troppo rumore

Mi dispiace dare un feed negativo perché la ragazza alla reception è molto gentile, la camera è pulita e c'è tutto quel che serve... Ma il rumore è davvero troppo...
Premetto che ci sono diversi problemi dovuti ai lavori non proprio eccellenti effettuati nelle camere. È tutto nuovo, ma nei bagni c'è muffa, la doccia perde, il lavandino allaga tutto... Ma sono piccole cose, ci sarei passato sopra.
Nella camera c'è un quadro elettrico che seppur nuovo ha evidentemente dei problemi, perché dallo stesso proviene un forte ronzio, giuro davvero insopportabile... Per risolvere ho dovuto STACCARE LA CORRENTE in camera... In quel modo il ronzio è cessato, ma sentivo QUELLO DELLA CAMERA ACCANTO... pensate quanto possa essere forte.
Suggerisco ai gentili gestori di risolvere tutti i piccoli problemi che la poco perita ditta che ha effettuato i lavori ha combinato...

Personale poco serio nelle prenotazione è qualificatao x l’ennesima volta mi lasciano senza camera e qualche volta ti fanno aspettare x dare la chiave sono molto deluso l’unica cosa buona che c’è è la posizione sono deluso dal personale

Ottimo struttura ma quel bip notturno....

Per motivi di lavoro ho soggiornato presso questa struttura, di recente costruzione e in posizione strategica all’ingresso di Comiso. Camere delle giuste dimensioni, pulizia buona e disponibilità di una zona living dove è possibile consumare il pasto. Purtroppo la qualità del sonno non è stata all’altezza..dalle 4 del mattina dalla reception è iniziato a suonare una sorta di allarme intermittente ad intervalli di 5 minuti, rendendo praticamente impossibile riposare da quel momento in poi.
Spero sia già stata posta una soluzione.
Check in rapido, prezzo giusto ma offrirei un minimo di colazione.
