Complicated booking but trouble-free stay

Payment was difficult because paying via Apple Wallet did not work. It worked without any problems at all other locations in Germany, Austria, Switzerland, and Italy!
Furthermore, it was annoying that I had to register with BB Hotels to make a booking!
Everything else was good!

Cute property, nice and friendly staff, comfortable beds, excellent breakfast; perhaps the decor lacks a bit of "warmth". I will definitely return.

AC set at 26, too hot to sleep

After a day in Milan with temperatures mid 30,s, it nice to come back to your private space with comfort and safety in hand.
The AC was set at 26 Celsius, and could not be changed, I asked they said no, interesting that B&B in lake Como allows you to set what you want. Could not sleep too hot, left early in morning hopefully to get some sleep at the airport, which has great AC. They are other inconsistencies, between Como & Milan, would not stay in any of the chains hotels in future

Good location but in need of redecoration.

Great location for getting to and from bus, train and ferry. Staff were very pleasant and helpful. Room was small but adequate for what we needed. However doors needed a fresh coat of paint. There was also a handle missing on shower screen. Breakfast was good and affordable. Only issue I had was a dog barking in next room. I let the staff know and they contacted the guest to return to hotel.

A small but comfortable room but had everything you needed in it. The staff were pleasant and helpful. The breakfast was good.
