An evening in a top Masseria.

A June evening after a sunny day at the beach immerses you in a Masseria in pure Apulian style. The atmosphere and colors of a bygone era allow you to relax and enjoy an evening illuminated by soft yellow lanterns. Very kind and punctual service accompanies a dinner with good food and local delicacies cooked with the right balance. Multiple appetizers and delicious, flavorful first courses. Well-prepared fried food and fresh fish. We will definitely remember this and return. In my opinion, it is on the right track for five stars.

Masseria located in the countryside of Corigliano. There is no signage to reach the site but once you arrive any mood passes. Renovated room with harmony in materials and width of spaces. The use of Lecce stone, majolica tiles and exposed wooden beams make the environment so warm and intimate that it is a pleasure to stay in the room even if in Salento the attraction is its sea. The courtesy and hospitality of its managers starting from Mr. Rino, up to the friendly chats exchanged with Pierdonato, waiter and young footballer who has not forgotten the study and sacrifice, have made the place a place to return. And we want to talk about dinner? It 'a farm with a gourmet culinary proposal always curated by the genius of Mr. Rino who is also the chef. Typical local products at kilometer zero cooked with skillful care and combined so as to explode the taste buds with every bite, Chapeau. I'll be back if only to enjoy a great dinner. 10 and praise

Excellent cuisine!! Refined dishes...unusual combinations, but surprisingly tasty. The chef demonstrated imagination and competence in preparing the various dishes. Friendly and qualified staff. Thanks to: Pierdonato Sergio and Serena.

MERAVIGLIOSA!!!!

10 giorni indimenticabili! La masseria costa è una gemma assoluta per eleganza, pulizia e cura dei dettagli. Il personale è favoloso contraddistinto in particolare dalla simpatia e dalla cortesia di Pier Donato e Serena, sempre cordiali e sinceramente sorridenti. Sempre disponibili per belle chiaccherate e a fornire indicazioni utili.
Tutte le mattine a colazione il buffet a cura di Pier Donato vanta dolci freschi di pasticceria accuratamente selezionati e di livello assoluto.
Le camere come dimostrano le foto sono curatissime e ricercate nello stile, estremamente pulite e mantenute fresche dai condizionatori.
Un'altra caratteristica importante e sicuramente positiva è la posizione geografica della masseria poiché si trova in un'area che permette attraverso medio-brevi spostamenti in auto di raggiungere tutte le migliori spiagge pugliesi sia dal lato ionico che adriatico.
Capitolo a parte merita il ristorante, le 4 cene ci hanno permesso di assaggiare praticamente tutto il menù portandoci alla conclusione che in questo posto si mangia divinamente, tutto perfetto! Piatti ricercati di qualità assoluta, esperienza culinaria davvero irripetibile. Le fettuccine aromatizzate al limone con formaggio di capra e crudo di gamberi sono l'apoteosi! Che meraviglia!
Mi permetto di dare un consiglio per poter migliorare ulteriormente il soggiorno: sarebbe utile riuscire ad oscurare l'entrata della luce mattutina dalla finestra all'interno della stanza.
