Great place.

Wonderful structure.
Very nice and well-furnished rooms.
The restaurant is okay.
The staff is very friendly; unfortunately, I think they are exhausted from the shifts. I saw several extremely tired faces and witnessed arguments or conversations among employees that left me feeling a bit unsettled.
What a shame!

Strange strange barman

We attended our son’s wedding. Beautiful venue and the food at the wedding was superb. Our room was lovely and the staff in general were very good. It didn’t achieve a five due to the bar staff and bar opening hours. Slow slow slow. Unpredictable opening hours and not the hours advertised. The barman seemed to be a law onto himself. Ten of us were sitting around a table having drinks at around 7pm the night prior to the wedding when the barman announced that he was going away to another part of the hotel and closing the bar as there was only ten of us. He was a very strange individual.

Top-notch communion!!!

We chose this restaurant for our son's communion because we had already been there for a wedding and had a very good experience. Once again, everything was perfect: superb location, exquisite food, impeccable service, attention to special diets. Highly recommended!

Very good but avoid the wedding evenings.

Located in a small village, you arrive at a huge park-garden. Easy to park even when a wedding is being held. It is an old building that has been completely renovated. The rooms are clean and comfortable. The restaurant offers perfect Italian cuisine. The breakfast is also excellent.
We endured the noise of the wedding guests returning to their rooms during the night. The air conditioning was not working.

We spent five nights here and loved every minute of it. Peaceful location close to Lake Iseo. Rooms are large, beds comfortable and serviced daily. Breakfast is varied and delicious. Restaurant is great for dinner. Staff helpful in every way. Overall a great spot for a family vacation.
