Amazing views!
The room was a little small for a family of three, and it’s worth noting that there are no tea or coffee-making facilities in the room, although I’m realising this seems to be quite common in Italy.
We also used the hotel spa, which costs €24 per person for 80 minutes. It’s really lovely and definitely worth using at least once during your stay. I did feel the hotel was a little overpriced overall, but you are paying for the location.
The hotel is in a great position, with a very easy walk into the town centre. Overall, a lovely, peaceful stay with fantastic views and a welcoming atmosphere.

Paper thin walls. And staff who yell.
In my original review i mentioned how the afternoon shift mamager totally disregarded my complaints about the noise she was making when talking to clients on the from desk. We booked here as the rooms claimed to be soundproof. To say she was rude is an understatement, we'd flown 24 hrs from Australia, driven 5 hours and just wanted an hour or two to refresh. I complained twice and she said she is talking at a normal level.
I asked if we could change rooms they told me its full. The car park was virtually empty. Breakfast was empty. We saw or heard very few people. But we always heard her.
We can hear every noise outside the walls, whether it be road, corridor or staff. The fact they advertise sound proof and it's anything far from it. And she was exceptionally rude.
Regardless of what they say. Its not the truth.
DON'T STAY HERE.

thank you for sharing your feedback.
While we are sorry to hear that your stay did not meet expectations, we were most concerned to learn about your wife’s unexpected hospitalization, which cut your visit short. We sincerely hope she is recovering well and wish her a swift return to good health.
We note that this review mirrors your previous post, to which we provided a detailed response. While we fully respect your right to share your experience, our perspective on the matters raised remains unchanged.
In particular, we must politely but firmly disagree with the characterization of our team. As a small hotel run by a dedicated team of six professionals, we take great pride in the courtesy, warmth, and care our staff consistently shows to every Guest. The description provided does not reflect the standards or values our team lives by daily.
Regarding your room, our accommodations are designed with enhanced sound insulation to ensure a peaceful environment, though complete isolation from all external sounds cannot always be guaranteed.
Furthermore, as the hotel was operating at full capacity during your stay, we unfortunately did not have the flexibility to offer an alternative room.
We are disappointed that your experience differed so significantly from that of the vast majority of our Guests, but we nevertheless appreciate your feedback.
We wish you and your wife all the very best.
Sincerely,
Stefano De Dea
