Great neighbourhood, facilities were excellent. Host went above and beyond to help with questions. Will be the first spot I try for next time I come.

Bad experience

Now it has changed its name to Bei Sogni luxury Cosenza, but the address is always that. I fully confirm the previous review, the owner never shows up, interacts only via WhatsApp, sending pre-filled messages with instructions on everything, even where to leave the payment money, i.e. a box hung on the wall in the common area, also told us that we should film with our mobile phone the moment we put the money in the box! At my request to pay with the ATM, he found the excuse that he had already left and could not return and therefore that I had to go and withdraw the money!! Of course he has not issued us with any kind of tax receipt, which is why he DEMANDS payment in cash! In addition to this, the cleaning of the room left much to be desired, on the sheets, when I opened them, I found 2 black hairs, (I am blonde) and even the rest of the room does not look the least sanitized. Another really annoying thing is that in the common areas there are cameras everywhere, so that he can control every move of customers. NOT RECOMMENDED.

Many things to change

Apart from the dilapidation of the condominium, the rooms were recently renovated and therefore acceptable. In 4 nights and 5 days, never a clean to the room or a change of linen. Stained bed cover. Self-service toilet paper from a cabinet in the lobby. The TV remote wasn't working. I didn't see anyone except by text. The owner helpful and kind. Bad breakfast, to be done standing in front of the sink, coffee capsules and cheap croissants, biscuits opened for who knows how long and vials of syrups equally dated. All piled in a basket on the hob. Existing refrigerator but completely empty. I would advise not to propose it at least you avoid a bad figure. Choosing a B&B is not synonymous with anything is fine. The price obviously too high for the Service rendered. Inventing hoteliers is not something for everyone. I recommend reviewing a few things about Hospitality and Welcoming.
