At Contessina you will never be disappointed

Think it's the 5th time we come back here.
We are always satisfied! Professionally run, clean, nice pool, AC, free parking, quiet surroundings, located on the hills 13 km from nice beaches and 30 km from the mountains. An oasis of peace where you can recharge your batteries. Tack Lori!

Good experience

Beautiful location, just 15 minutes from Grottammare, well-kept and clean. Beautiful swimming pool with adjoining bar where you can enjoy aperitifs or other things. The apartments are very beautiful, recently renovated, well furnished and with attention to detail, very clean.
All managed by Loredana, who was very nice and very helpful in meeting our needs.
Thank you for a nice stay, I highly recommend it.

A few small details would make it a unique place

Wonderful location and excellent starting point for visiting other small villages starting from Offida but also for the sea of San Benedetto. Tranquility guaranteed. However, there is no bathroom kit, the shower is a little sacrificed, some of the linen has small holes and the breakfast could improve both in quality and quantity, especially in the sweet part

A fairytale 5-star place... well deserved!

Truly enchanting and memorable place, historic villa with a breathtaking view, very well-kept and well-kept apartments, private swimming pool overlooking the hills just a few minutes from the sea.
Loredana is truly special and manages this wonderful villa with great care and attention.
Breakfast like a King!
There are also some very nice table football tables and mini golf.
We didn't find any flaws at all! Perfect for relaxing if you're passing through those parts.

Italian Secret!

Our second visit to this glorious place. The location is amazing, the apartments to a very high standard and most important of all your host is very very helpful.
Located in a part of Italy where few British may visit, it is well worth the drive from Rome, with little difficulty in finding the town.
Without doubt its in a location away from the beaten beaten track, but more popular Italian resorts and activities are not too far away. In no way a negative for this location. It is the type of place where your time can be as busy or quiet as you want.
You can imagine my hesitation to write a review based on the title, as wouldn’t want all to know, but Loredana (our host) deserves credit for this beautiful place.
If you wish a lovely holiday in a fabulous location then I can’t recommend a better place.
