Friendliness and flexibility

Clean and well-kept hotel, in a place with a magnificent view. It does not offer many services, but you can relax while enjoying truly remarkable panoramas and sunsets. The added value is the friendliness of the staff, who are available and flexible to meet every need. Alessandro and his staff are truly very kind. A special mention goes to Ivan, lifeguard, bartender, and pool entertainer; his toasted sandwiches and aperitifs are super, just like his friendliness.
One aspect that could be improved, however, is the cuisine, which, although good from a quality standpoint, suffers from disorganization, slowness, and a lack of cleanliness of the breakfast displays. It seems like an experienced manager is missing because the people working here are also very kind.

Hotel Costa Paradiso the clue is in the name!

Amazing gem of a hotel, really was paradise! All the staff were extremely friendly, it’s close to beaches and local restaurants and the hotel bar restaurant was also lovely and reasonably priced so ignore the bad reviews on that! Thanks to Alessandro and the team and we will definitely be back next year maybe in late September when it isn’t so hot!

Hôtel top, resto nul

Beautiful hotel with incredibly professional, attentive staff. A downside for the pool manager who is aggressive, authoritarian, certainly ex-military.
When in the restaurant it is a canteen. Me who expected beautiful Italian cuisine, De Arte en france does much better. You ask for mayonnaise for your fish fry we bring you bags like at MacDo! Food of poor quality. Fortunately the staff is efficient and runs everywhere.
This restaurant has no place in this quality hotel.

More of a holiday club than a luxury hotel

I had relied on a positive average of reviews before making the reservation... alas!
Let's start with the highlights: the hotel is in a beautiful environment... frankly a magical place. Besides, for those seeking calm, the place is perfect.
Let's turn to the weak points:
The hotel could use a complete modernization... a refreshment. The rooms are downright old and the bathrooms are also. We are far from the vaunted standing.
On the food side... effectively... you have to book in the morning for half board in the evening! Indeed one coffee machine out of two is broken down, indeed the portions are chick... what's more the staff, moreover friendly, is more busy chatting than taking care of the holidaymakers.
At the pool, superb but poorly maintained place, un factotum sits, immersed all afternoon in contemplation of his mobile phone... and everything is identical in this hotel that could be sublime.
Anyway... well-usurped stars.
