Structure and great welcome!

The rooms are spacious and clean and the breakfast and is complete for all tastes!
Free parking is available on site.
The real plus of this place however is the staff, welcoming and helpful.

Hotel not classifiable in a 4*

Hotel not considered for a 4*, the rooms to be reviewed for furnishings and even linen, it saves slightly the bathroom even if provided a multifunction shower that does not actually work. Breakfast room insufficient for the amount of guests and little choice of food, definitely not up to a 4*. The dinner served on floor -1 present a rather cold environment both in temperature and furnishings, it was one of the poorest we made, in addition to an appetizer plate the subsequent dishes were cold and of poor quality.The only positive fact is the 375 ml bottle of Barbera 2020 offered as a welcome in the room. As things stand I would not recommend this property anyway.

Horrible member of staff.

The staff in major was nice, instead one male person who insulted my friend. That is something anacceptable from staff in any hotel.
He told her that she is like grasshopper and he asked her : don't you have enough to eat at home.

Very welcoming staff, but unfortunately an aircondition out of order. The swimming pool is not a part of the hotel, and you hava to pay for accessing. The hotel is in general old, and we experienced a fire alarm during night and no one responsible at the hotel to check and turn it off. Big rooms, but definitely not four star

Super convenient for dining and touristy stuff. Apartment is very clean and quiet. Lots of character. Note the limits to entering and leaving the city by car. Had a great experience.
