OneRepublic concert

Very nice and well organized with underground parking and a beautiful, well-stocked breakfast room.
We did not use the restaurant; we only stayed one night for the OneRepublic concert. Large, well-equipped, and spacious room on the 5th floor. Two elevators.

Do something about the breakfast

I am a regular customer and the quality of the breakfast is systematically getting worse! Do something!!!
Mushy eggs, industrial products…yogurt?! So many flavors except for plain natural…ALWAYS! But is that even possible?!!!!

You have lost a customer.

I have been a regular customer for years with a corporate agreement. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, and the staff is very kind and helpful. The only major flaw is "chef" Davide! A true rude person, with overbearing and quarrelsome behavior towards both the dining staff and sometimes even the customers. You can hear him yelling from the kitchen at the dining staff or at anyone who dares to criticize his cooking! I asked if he could keep a camping ice pack in the freezer, and he started yelling from the kitchen. I left the dining area and will not return. I don't think this is the way to treat long-time customers. I didn't even receive an apology from the hotel. Never again. What a disappointment.

Good accommodation.

A good hotel just outside Bassano. Very modern, perhaps too much. Clean, comfortable, and cool room, although it is a shame that there is no large mirror...

A smart, feel-good hotel

The hotel is smartly appointed, purposely modern, well staffed and tastefully decorated. The particular room I had was also spacious including the en-suite. The breakfast was good but some of the staff were too gobby, and could have done with talking more quietly.
The only issue with the hotel is the distance from the centre of town, and the lack of public transport there.
