The best place to stay in Crotone
Еtore's place is great! Before I go into the details about the property, let me tell you more about the host. I really loved how responsive and helpful he was (basically tracking me down all the way on the bus from Bari to Croton via WhatsApp, checking when I would arrive, as my scheduled arrival was at 11 p.m.). He even went on to call and check bus dates at the bus station in Crotone for me the next day (I needed to get to another place afterwards) and basically did everything he could to help me find my way around town. Even though he speaks little English, communication was easy and effective.
The place is spotlessly clean and very safe (there is a special system for getting in and out of the property, Etore will explain to you in detail) and he had even thought of leaving snacks for breakfast and beer/juice/water in the shared fridge in the kitchen, so you would want for nothing there. The air conditioning basically saved me in the 37-degree June heat, so one more amazing thing in (if you, like me, come from a colder climate to the South of Italy). The rooms are spacious as well.
Location - it is the best place if you come from the bus station as it is literally 10 minutes away from it and it is just opposite the town stadium. The downside is that it is located in a residential building (pics attached), so you should really know which door to use to get in. The closest store (where you can buy things like water and shampoo, for example) is a Carrefour around 20 minutes away on foot. The town's historical centre (a.k.a. the old town) is around 35 minutes away, slow walking. The residential building has a spacious parking in a inner courtyard, so if you come with a car, I guess there would be no issues on where to keep it.
The place is quiet day and night (mostly), so you will have no issues with noise (unless you make the noise yourself) and if you go to Crotone, this is just the right place to book. Thank you, Etore, for being such an amazing host!

STATE ALLA LARGA!!!
Host bugiardo,scorretto e disonesto. Ho prenotato presso questa struttura con un anno di anticipo le vacanze estive, e come sempre fatto ci accertiamo con una telefonata che tutto sia ok, il signor Ettore ci conferma il tutto.
2 mesi prima della partenza ci è stata annullata la prenotazione senza alcun valido motivo! E per di più i prezzi sono stati triplicati senza motivo. Comunicazione inesistente!!! Proprietario che dopo essere stato messo al corrente dell’accaduto si comporta come un bambino e non risponde ai messaggi! Che dire signor Ettore, fare il doppio gioco con i clienti non la porterà mai da nessuna parte! Per fortuna esistono certe piattaforme che danno voce ai clienti facendo in modo che nessun altra persona incappi in un disagio del genere!!!

Lei continua a fare recensioni senza senso. Per fortuna ci sono ospiti che mi conoscono ( non certo il suo caso) LA PRENOTAZIONE È STATA CANCELLATA DA LEI E NON DA ME... È INUTILE CHE CONTINUA A SCRIVERE RECENSIONI NEGATIVE COME UN BAMBINO DISPETTOSO..

Vacanze rovinate
Esperienza pessima. Proprietario scorretto e disonesto. Ho prenotato in largo anticipo presso questa struttura le mie vacanze estive, ma la prenotazione è stata annullata e i prezzi triplicati senza motivo. Comunicazione inesistente e dopo vari solleciti da parte mia, sono stata solo presa in giro dal proprietario che temporeggiava senza mai trovare una soluzione. Morale della favola? Vacanze rovinate! State alla larga perché è in situazioni come queste che si vede la serietà e la competenza di una struttura che dovrebbe fare di tutto per far sentire il cliente rassicurato.

Lei non è stato nella nostra struttura, quindi non ha nessun diritto di fare una recensione, la prenotazione è stata annullata da lei e non da me. Prenotando con un anno di anticipo si ha diritto a delle promozioni molto vantaggiose, come in tutte le strutture serie.

Una scoperta!
Abbiamo soggiornato in questa bellissima e nuovissima struttura questa estate. Camere molto ampie e ben rifinite, servizi super confortevoli e di buona qualità. Sono stati molto attenti ai particolari ed il nostro mini appartamento in effetti aveva tutto, anche la vasca idromassaggio in sala! :)
Colazione, servizio, check in e cordialità del proprietario impeccabile. Grazie mille, torneremo quando si riproporrà un viaggio al sud. Consigliatissimo!
Ah, non fatevi impressionare dall'esterno dello stabile, le stanze interne sono tutte ristrutturate e ad un altro livello, decisamente!
