We liked it very much. The location is suitable with excellent view very quiet not crowded and you have parking spaces included in the cost. Simple normal complete buffet breakfast but of very good quality. 100% Italian staff and very kind. The breakfast area looks very good and very well maintained and very clean. The balcony in the room very large and pleasant. The room size is decent for 2 adults and 2 children. very close at 4 minutes walk 2 restaurants one of which is excellent La Cantinetta. We will definitely come back

I wouldn't go back.
We stayed one night, I had previously contacted the property to make sure I could use the spa and take the dog with me on vacation. As soon as I arrived I was greeted by the owner who told me that for the two hours I would be in the wellness area the dog could not stay in the room alone. With -2 degrees outside he demanded that I leave him either locked in the car or out on the balcony. I had to insist and only at my threat to turn around and go to another hotel was I told that he could stay in the room if he did not bark and disturb. I wonder why hoteliers let dogs in if they really don't want them and why you ask me 15€ per night if the dog in the room can only stay there when I'm there and they are not given any consideration. The spa is very small but nice, although you can not order drinks or food inside. Cozy rooms but bathrooms to be restored. Very nice and welcoming lady, the owner let's talk about it.

In merito al suo cane, desideriamo precisare che la nostra struttura accoglie volentieri gli animali domestici. Tuttavia, al momento della prenotazione non era stato indicato che si trattasse di un dobermann di grande taglia e dal carattere particolarmente irruento. Per ragioni di sicurezza e per garantire tranquillità agli altri ospiti, chiediamo generalmente che cani di questa tipologia non vengano lasciati soli in camera, soprattutto in un ambiente nuovo che potrebbe agitarli.
Negli ultimi mesi abbiamo inoltre effettuato investimenti importanti per rinnovare i letti e altri arredi. Per questo motivo adottiamo qualche cautela in più con gli animali di grossa taglia, così da preservare le camere ed evitare spiacevoli inconvenienti, come purtroppo accaduto in passato. Ci dispiace se questa attenzione è stata percepita diversamente.
Desideriamo anche chiarire che il costo applicato — 10€ a notte — è indicato chiaramente online e riguarda le pulizie finali aggiuntive necessarie quando si ospitano animali, non un supplemento per l’alloggio del cane.
Per quanto riguarda i bagni, ricordiamo che tutte le camere, con relativi servizi, sono mostrate dettagliatamente nelle fotografie online, così che ogni ospite possa visionare in anticipo gli spazi prenotati.
Infine, relativamente alla spa, non è possibile servire calici o bottiglie in vetro: se cadessero e si rompessero, i vetri a terra rappresenterebbero un rischio serio per gli ospiti, di cui la struttura sarebbe responsabile. Per questo motivo viene rispettata una regola di sicurezza molto chiara.
Siamo comunque lieti che abbia apprezzato la spa e l’accoglienza della nostra collaboratrice, che la ringrazia sinceramente per le sue parole gentili.

Weekend in the mountains
We stayed for two nights at the weekend. The staff is friendly and helpful. The view is very nice on the mountains, the breakfast-dinner room and the bar are modern, the rooms have some modern touches. Our bathroom instead was of older furniture and the shower so small, suitable only for skinny like us. Rooms are poorly soundproofed.
The breakfast food is good, I would add the jams loose rather than packaged and avoid showing the brand of juices.
Dinner is simple but good to try at least once. As for the final bill I would recommend, as we have always found in other hotels, to specify well the items of what has been consumed so as to be clearer.
Finally the proximity to the road can sometimes disturb as well as the village bells that ring early in the morning at 06:30 and woke us up.
We wish you good continuation and we recommend you try it at least once.

Siamo felici che la vista sulle montagne sia stata di vostro gradimento e che abbiate apprezzato il nostro arredamento.
Apprezziamo sempre le critiche costruttive, soprattutto sulla colazione e ci permettiamo di rispondere a quanto scritto. Le marmellate sono confezionate in monoporzione sia per un aspetto igienico-sanitario, sia per un aspetto di scarto. Verrebbe sprecata molta più marmellata lasciandola sciolta.
Inoltre i succhi di frutta preferiamo lasciarli nei loro contenitori origiali anche in questo caso per un aspetto igienico sanitario, ma anche per dimostrare che non vengono serviti succhi di bassa qualità e categoria.
Per quanto riguarda la cena, siamo contenti che sia stata apprezzata. Per quanto riguarda il conto vi invitiamo, per evitare future incomprensioni, a specificare subito con che modalità volgliate pagare, e che desiderate avere la specifica delle voci, non due giorni dopo. In ogni caso tutti i prezzi sono indicati sul menù.
L’abitato di Daiano è un caratteristico paesino incastonato nelle Dolomiti, e come tale ha delle tradizioni secolari che vanno ben oltre il nostro volere, e che anzi, rendono ancora più immersa la Vostra vacanza. Purtroppo però non ci è possibile interrompere il suonare delle campane, che svolgono il loro lavoro incessantemente da oltre due secoli.
