Great solution for travelers

The hotel restaurant is a bit chaotic due to the presence of passing truck drivers. But it is known that where truck drivers eat, the food is good. In fact, the dishes are excellent and definitely plentiful. Decent wine selection. Average prices.

Recommended for a stop halfway through your journey.

The establishment is in a strategic location and has been recently renovated. The hotel room is clean and equipped with essential services; the bar is open 24/7 and well-stocked with both sweet and savory options. We dined at the restaurant, which is probably the true strength of the establishment given the quality of the ingredients, such as homemade pasta and game, expertly cooked. The prices are in line with the quality of the offerings, except for some items that we find a bit expensive, like the cod, which is good but definitely limited in quantity.
The staff is very courteous and welcoming, from the owners to the girls on the team.
In conclusion, if you are in the area and want to make a stop - whether at the hotel or the restaurant - this establishment is highly recommended.

If you are a little hungry and have a lot of time to waste, this is the right place.

After 50 exhausting minutes of waiting, everything was strictly salty, just like the bill.

Hotel, Bar, Restaurant l ́Anfora in Deruta (Umbria)

The structure, which I know very well, is located in Deruta and has been completely renovated.
> The environment is very pleasant, the bar very crowded given the excellent location in the E45 southbound (Rome);
> The bar staff (everything) is friendly and kind, just like one of the owners that I often happened to see at the checkout, distinguished person, attentive and helpful to the customer;
> The only NEGATIVE point is the presence, between bar and restaurant, of the owner (already in old age), the latter a very arrogant lady, with manners and tones not really refined, I would say grumpy as well as haughty. **The advice to the aforementioned is to enjoy retirement out of that environment **
