Always surprising.
The second time at Corno Bianco for Easter, everything was still spectacular, especially the location, the atmosphere that makes everything extremely pleasant and relaxing, the wonderful dishes from the restaurant, the excellent breakfast at the hotel, the kindness and extreme friendliness of all the staff, especially the waiter Bruno, if I remember correctly, who is from Abruzzo, tall, and experienced, the maitre Beatrice, the receptionist with long light brown hair, and of course, the manager, as well as the student waiter. Everything is very clean and beautiful. I miss it and will definitely return!!! Thank you, thank you, thank you!!!

Cleanliness needs to be reviewed ....
⭐☆☆☆☆ What a disappointment... I never thought I would have to write a review like this
Last year we stayed at this hotel and we had a really great time. Precisely for this reason, when we decided to treat ourselves to a few days of vacation with our 8-month-old baby, we said: "Let's play it safe, let's go back to Corno Bianco." Unfortunately, it was a choice we bitterly regretted.
We checked in around 6:00 PM, after a beautiful walk in a local mountain hut. Since it was almost dinner time, we didn't have a chance to check the room carefully. Only upon our return did we realize the situation.
Under the bed there were pieces of plastic and residue left by previous guests, next to the safe cabinet there was dirt accumulated over time, and in various parts of the room dust and a lack of care in cleaning were noticeable.
The bathroom, however, was the most unpleasant aspect. In the shower we found hair from the previous guests, the shower tray was dirty with obvious yellowish rings, and the ventilation fan was completely covered in dust. A level of hygiene that, honestly, we did not expect from a facility of this type.
After reporting the problem, at 11:00 PM a cleaning lady arrived to try to fix the situation. In the meantime, we were asked to wait outside the room... too bad we were with an 8-month-old baby and still had to wash up and get her ready for the night. Only after insisting several times were we provided with a single room so we could wash up. That one, unfortunately, did not shine with cleanliness either.
Once the work was finished, the situation had improved: at least the hair and the most obvious dirt had been removed. However, one question remains: is it possible that a room is handed over to guests in those conditions?
What disappointed us even more was the handling of the incident. Beyond verbal apologies, there was no gesture to try to make up for the inconvenience. We certainly don't expect a free stay, but a small sign of attention, like an aperitif or another form of courtesy, would have been appreciated and would have shown real attention to the customer.
The only aspect that continues to deserve five stars is the location of the property, truly fantastic, with many excursions that start directly from the hotel.
For the rest, compared to last year, we unfortunately found a clear deterioration, both in the quality of the catering and, above all, in the cleanliness. It's a real shame, because we had returned with enthusiasm. This time, however, we left deeply disappointed.

Great price
2-star hotel with clean rooms and large bathroom, in the room there is also a safe. Room with very nice wooden balcony.

Breakfast is served on the ground floor, but a little disappointing, there was a salami board one with cooked ham and one with cheese slices. You can tart 2 types of cake , pieces of pandoro croissants and small bits of stuffed puff pastry You can usual cereal. On a second table there were scrambled eggs in a pan and in another pan fried ham (so it seemed) As drinks there was water and a juice like ace.
the coffee is not recommended, is served by a machine like those that are in factories, but and colored water.
Highly discouraged restaurant opposite, if you do not have half board there is no choice of first or second .... instead for those who make half board a wide choice of buffet food.

Amateurs in the wild
We stayed on New Year's Eve. So many bad things. Steps to accommodation, we did not expect much, but all in all clean. Food: great disorganization, and sometimes rudeness, poor food quality, from hospital canteen. In the morning dirty tables and stuff left there. Missing cups, cutlery. Also pay attention to the accounts, because you were carelessly charged for things not taken. Too bad because the place is in a nice location but we will definitely not return and would not recommend them.

Quiet, clean and tidy
Fantastic quiet spot in the middle of the Dolomites. Unfortunately very little snow right now.
Affordable hotel with parking and breakfast included.
The staff was very friendly and helpful.
Bar and restaurant 50 meters above the farm. Own brewed good beer and sale of local sausages and hams.
