You feel like family.

We will definitely come back because Michela and all the staff are very kind. The rooms are not very modern, the style is classic, but they are well maintained and the cleanliness is excellent. Positive experience.

Recommendation!

We only stayed one night but Recommendation! Owner kind and helpful. Great location to visit Venice. Near there is the tobacconist to make bus tickets and in front of the stop that takes you directly to Venice.
Covered garage.
Clean rooms. Recommended!

We stayed at the hotel one night to visit Venice, very nice hotel and very helpful managers, great breakfast. Right in the center of Dolo, ideal place for a walk and a dinner, without moving the car. Bus stop for Venice in front of the hotel. Recommendation for a quick visit to Venice

price - quality is excellent.

plus · We chose the hotel to visit Venice (30 minutes by car). It is located in Dolo, on the bank of a canal, very nice place. We booked two rooms, as we were two adults and 3 children. Interesting key with an old heavy key fob.
So you won't lose it.
The room and bath are very clean, the price includes breakfast (quite good, and very tasty coffee), there is free parking. The hosts are hospitable, attentive.
For a one-night stay, it's a great option.
minus· the room is a bit dark, even with the lights on. Small windows, in the heat of the draught is not even. Entrance to the garage without the help of the owners can not find, we parked twice. First, a couple of meters in front of the entrance. We paid 50 cents to go check in. (it's not a problem, just a point of clarification.) Then we parked in a quiet courtyard for the night. the internet was a little slow.

To return.

Stayed for one night, simple clean but essential environment. Located in front of a canal with a working mill (one of the few remaining in Italy) very suggestive. Perfect location, with bus stop in front of the hotel to be able to comfortably visit both Venice and Padua with the car safely parked in the covered garage, and last but not least, excellent welcome and extremely kind staff. Definitely worth returning!!!
