Where they advertise they offer airport/train station transport, they do NOT. they were very rude towards myself and my husband.

A memorable anniversary...

I wanted to give a fabulous location to my parents for their 33rd wedding anniversary and my choice fell right on the Hotel Villa Gasparini. A villa of another time, a villa that seems to have come out of the history books with its Venetian Baroque furnishings and golden stuccoes. The room chosen was the Junior Suite (Golden Venice), with golden references and 700 style. Impeccable cleanliness, silence but above all tranquility hover in this mansion bringing its guests to an all-encompassing experience. The rich and varied breakfast, very professional and friendly staff.
This location has given memories that will remain forever in the hearts of my parents.

Very dirty indeed

Unfortunately, the experience at this hotel was very disappointing. The room was far from clean: in the hot tub we found black hair coming out of the holes (I am blonde, so definitely not mine), a really unacceptable thing. Toilet paper from previous guests had even been left in the bathroom, an obvious sign of superficial and careless cleaning.
The stairs down were very dirty, with splashes, hair, hair and dirt everywhere. The cobwebs were so many that they were reminiscent of Dracula Castle.
It is a shame, because the decor is pretty and the structure would have potential. Positive note only for the morning receptionist, kind and polite. On the contrary, the evening one appeared very annoyed and unavailable.
We frequent this area often, but after this experience we will no longer choose your hotel.

STAY AWAY and find yourself a better hotel

There is no elevator and they put me in my Dog on the first floor. My dog is old and I had to pick her up and down the stairs and I hurt my back. 2 nights that I stayed there I experienced violation of my privacy, Hotel staff member hurt my dog and then humiliated me in front of guest. The male receptionist use the key to forcefully enter into my room when I did not answer and i was in the bathroom undressed. The Hotel did not respond to his actions. I have attached the photo of the managers reply which is dishonest this is the same person that spoke to me rudely. I would NOT risk your belongings or your safety at this place. There are lots of hotels in the area that will provide better service and be kind.

Well-kept villa that keeps intact the charm and atmosphere of its time. Furniture in style but with grace and good taste. Personalized breakfast. Price incredibly happy.
